This two-story holiday home boasts three cosy bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and convenient access to an external attached laundry. The interior is meticulously designed with coastal-inspired decor, ensuring a tranquil and pleasant environment for your stay.

The bathroom is designed with simplicity and functionality in mind. It is a well-organized space that efficiently serves its purpose consisting of a powder room with vanity in addition to a separate WC plus bathtub and shower area.

The living area is characterized by an open-concept design, seamlessly connected to the kitchen and dining area. The overall space is illuminated with plenty of natural light, thanks to large windows and sliding glass doors that lead to an outdoor balcony from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and a seperate backyard BBQ entertainment area.
The centrepiece of this living area is the large, cosy lounge providing a perfect space to watch your favourite movies on the smart TV when it’s time to unwind with loved ones.

The kitchen is designed to be simple yet fully functional, making meal preparation a breeze. It is equipped with all the essential features and appliances that you need to whip up delicious meals with ease. The adjacent dining area is spacious and well-furnished to comfortably accommodate all guests and you'll find it easy to arrange the seating for everyone.

Outdoors
Step outside to your private deck where you can bask in the sun, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy a BBQ while surrounded by lush greenery. The spacious backyard offers a serene backdrop and creates a peaceful oasis for relaxation.

Parking
You will find ample parking on the driveway and additionally on-street parking is available, allowing you to conveniently accommodate up to three cars during your stay.

We’re sorry, but this property cannot accommodate pets of any breed, size, or age, without exceptions, as we strive to maintain the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness for all our guests.

While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
