Remodeled Copalis Beach cottage with fully fenced yard

We are located in Copalis Beach, but it shows in the listing as Ocean Shores. We are centrally located 10 minutes from downtown Ocean Shores and 15 minutes from Seabrook.

Completely remodeled two bedroom, one bath home in a private oceanfront community, maximum 6 guests allowed. Even during the busiest of times on the coast you more often than not will find yourself completely alone on the beach.

We are family and dog friendly with a fully fenced yard. It takes 7- 8 minutes walking on a well maintained trail to have your toes in the Pacific Ocean. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the roaring ocean waves.

We are 10 minute drive from downtown Ocean Shores & 15 minutes from Seabrook.

The space
There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a full laundry room and a separate living area with a full size futon.

Guest access
You will have full access to all of the rooms. There are locks on the cupboards that aren’t accessible.

Other things to note
To get to the beach you will walk out the back gate. The house sits directly on Connor Creek, turn right at the creek and walk down the well maintained trail until you see a bridge that goes over the creek, take the bridge, walk straight over the Sand Dune until you hit the water.

A small amount of sand will almost always find a way to make its way inside. We have a broom and a vacuum available for you if it gets too bad. You’re not required to clean while you’re there though.

We are a very small neighborhood plopped down in the middle of a massive forest. While we spray for bugs regularly, we are in their environment and I’ve learned to live in peace with them. I hope you can too. To deter them from coming inside please keep the screens closed on windows and doors.

Security Cameras
We have security cameras at the entry points. We value your privacy and are not monitoring. They are there recording 24/7 for security only. There are no cameras where you congregate in the yard and there are no cameras in the house.

House Rules:
Please no parties. This is our sanctuary and we have opened it for others to enjoy. Please treat the place with love and respect. If you’ve come to party hard this isn’t the place for you, respectfully. Have fun where you decide on though! Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

No shoes in the house. I provide slippers/house shoes but please feel free to bring your own for inside.
Please use the cutting boards in the kitchen and so the counters don’t get damaged or stained.

No smoking of anything inside.

If you’re staying Monday please take the garbage and recycling to the street.

The septic system is very sensitive, please only place toilet paper (provided) in the toilet.

During clamming season, please only use the outdoor sink to wash the sand away, do not put sand inside in our sensitive draining system.

For those with dogs: Please add your animal/s at time of booking. Animals must be up to date with flea medicine.
No animals on the furniture.
For your animals safety please keep them on a leash in the neighborhood and on the trail to the beach.
If your dog is a digger or an escape artist please do not leave them unattended. They may be able to dig out from under the fence.
Please pick up their droppings with provided bags and deposit them in outside garbage.
