Excellent location. The room was clean but the bathroom was very strange and didn't look that clean. There was a lot of noise from other rooms/guests. My bed was facing the door and it was very inconvenient as there was draft all the time. Overall good value for money.

Dirty blood stains all over the mattress!
Long story short: our mattress was covered with dirty blood stains that could even be seen through the thin sheet. The man at the reception seemed annoyed by our complaint but offered to move us to a different room, whose bed was admittedly better but still with lighter stains. That an hotel welcoming so many visitors forgoes using fitted sheets while we even use them at home (without receiving hundreds of visitors a month but just for the two of us!) is really beyond understanding. Not to mention the sewer smell in the bathroom, the fact that the bathroom sink was IN the shower and connected by the same tube (even though that's a detail), that the corridor light could be seen through our door and prevented us from sleeping (because badly fixed), the terrible soundproofing that prevented us from sleeping because of the neighbours' noise, the bath products which had gone off for 4 years, the cigarette butts in the stairs... Hotels.com didn't even try to find us a solution because the blood stains (although they recognized were disgusting and a disgrace) didn't put us enough in danger. The two ladies at the reception were lovely and did their best to find some solution, but clearly this was beyond their reach and this place has a clear systemic problem of mismanagement! For the owner: maybe focus on the most basic amenities (that is: protective sheets!) before putting flat screen TVs in the rooms and nonsensical digital check-in in order to cut costs and underpay human beings?!

Basic and cheap hotel
Very basic hotel at low peice. Could use some renovation but cleanliness was okay and servive friendly. Great central location for exploring Copenhagen.

Hotellet tilbyder ingen parkeringspladser overhovedet. Hotellet har ingen elevator, hvilket er meget upraktisk, i og med at mange besøgende har baggage med. Toilettet på værelset er meget småt og upraktisk. Derudover virkede det ikke til at nogen i receptionen kunne forstå eller snakke dansk.

Hotellet är inte så bra, man hör hela tiden ett ljud av fönstren och taket vilket gör svårt att sova. Dessutom toe luktar inte så bra.

It is 10 minutes walking distance to City Center. Room and toilet was always clean. Every staff were so nice, especially indian girl on reception was very nice,kind and funny person. Hope to stay next time

Do not recommend
There is a club on the ground floor, we couldn’t sleep for the noise from it. Do not reccomend. Our room was also not cleaned during the day. The shampoo we were given expired 4 years ago and there was no conditioner. The room itself was okay but it vibrated all night or until 5 o’clock when the club finally closed

Ganske fint værelse med et stort TV, masser af kanaler, godt badeværelse og skønt med et lille udbud af snacks og drikke! Dog ingen elevator, meget små smalle gange og en del støj fra personalet om morgenen.

Helt ok för den relativt låga kostnaden. Men alldeles för teknisk it incheckning och procedur, som vör att jag är tveksam på att återkomma. Nu löste den trevliga receptionisten (från Nepal) det på ett bra och trevligt sätt. Hon berättade att hotellet inte ska ha receptionen bemannad i framtiden. Bl.a. det gör att jag inte vill bo på sådana ställen.

BE AWARE! Horrible experience.. (150+night yearly)
Self check in procedure with only one check in screen. People had to wait rather long whilst the receptionist kept telling people that they have to use the self check in though she had to come with the keycard every time. My reservation was prepaid so the receptionist had to do it in the end. The room options aren’t very clear on the website and I thought I had booked a room with private bath which I had not. But I could pay extra on sight for an upgrade. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Cleanliness is very low. The floors and surfaces was very dirty and everything was aged and very worn. (The photos are not a fair representation of the condition). For some reason they made my bed and emptied my trash daily but never cleaned, changed towels or filled up tissues and toilet paper. Someone had also been entering my room unannounced whilst I was at work. Leaving a mess of wire cutoffs and drill dust from drilling tiles or brick in the bathroom, covering everything in dust. And there is no dnd sign to hang on the door. Be aware, the rooms have no sound insulation at all and I could see when the lights were on in the hallway as the door didn’t shut tight. You can clearly hear people talk and engage in other activities in other rooms. And someone decided to begin vacuuming at 21:30 I was both surprised and irritated as I was asleep due to waking up early for work. And lastly there’s no power outlets. I had to unplug either the minibar or bedside light in order to charge

My room was fine, but some of the rooms of my travel companions where tiny and not at all what was shown in the pictures. The bathroom/toilet had low standard, wierd sollutions with the shower and kind of dirty. The receptionsts where nice and helpfull.
