First off location! Just a few minutes walking distance to all the things to do. Rooms smaller, but all the amenities needed and nice clean decor. A comfortable lobby and modern decor. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel enjoys an amazing location at the center of Copenhagen, being a short walk to the central train station, the Tivoli gardens, and Stroget Street. Nyhavn is a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was also quite good. One con was a foul smell in the bathroom.

The hotel was really charming and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a super cute patio with a table and chairs to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Room was lovely, breakfast excellent. Location amazing. Staff were lovely. The only downside for me was a too soft bed. But thats my preference. So nothing against the hotel.

From the moment we asked staff about storing our luggage as we were early they couldnt have been more welcoming. Room was spacious and plush, all details were first class. Hotel was about 70m to railway station, 150m to Tivoli gardens and comfortable 10 min walk to Nyhavn. HoHo bus 50m away too.

Almost 5 star, 2 couples stayed. we had a signature suite (109) the other a deluxe double, the rooms were very comfortable and included coffee machine. General location was great with walking to everything from shops, Tivoli, and train station, The little things were no milk in room and when asked they said had none, had to suggest a cup from the restaurant would suffice. Honor self service bar is overpriced restaurant level, for self service and grocery stores nearby. Room 109 is great yet overlooks the nightclub, muffled sounds first night (windows are double glazed) other nights was ok, though the double deluxe at rear may be better. Housekeeping made up room but never vacuumed, my chip crumbs stayed . Overall a great hotel and location though.

Overall very pleasant stay! If you have the option to include breakfast in your package, take it! While pricey on its own, the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel was in a convenient location. Note that there is an event space across the street with loud music in the evening, although it stops promptly at 9 pm. It may only be open during certain months, so ask the hotel. There is also building going on down the street, so expect to see construction.

This was a quaint and charming boutique hotel with good looking front line staff who tries to accommodate. I didn’t appreciate its strange policies like you must put your tag outside the door before 9am for them to clean your room - if you don’t you’ve missed your boat. Aircon was turned off during our visit and we had to open the windows- bad mistake because of the traffic and the noise from the diners. Space is limited and the room felt like it was only meant for one person.
