The studio apartment is a perfect fit for single travellers or couples looking for comfort, great design and a fresh sea breeze while still staying close to the city.



A TOUR OF THE PLACE

From the street entrance take the big lift to the 4th floor where all 16 hotel apartments of the property is situated along the bright hallway.



Apartment 12 is the studio apartment which is facing northwest, towards the city.



Entering the big open living space/bedroom there is plenty of space to hang your overcoats and leave your luggage by the entrance.



Straight ahead the full kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice breakfast before heading out to explore. Nespresso machine with complimentary biodegradable capsules, stove, micro and regular oven combo, dishwasher and fridge with small freezer.



There is a small dining table for three also compatible as a work space nicely placed by the big bright window section. All windows have blinders.

Opposite the nice and comfortable kingsize (180x200cm) bed with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm fluffy comfy’s for those cool Scandinavian nights.



Watch flow TV or download any app to watch your preferred show on the 43” Samsung smart TV.



Next to the bed a door to the cool and functional bathroom with floor heating, local tiles, a spacious shower and a washing machine and dryer combo.



The Area:

Please note that construction work is currently taking place around the building, and some noise or disturbance may be experienced. The apartments are situated right by the healthy cafe Wullf & Konstali, the most popular stop, along the walk and cycle trail to the highly acclaimed and awesome beach area of Copenhagen called Amager Strandpark.



Strolling the residential area you instantly feel the city planners idea of mixing urban and relaxed. With great restaurants and popular cafe concepts popping up around each corner the neighbourhood is finally starting to feel finished.



Metrostop Øresund five minutes away makes this a perfect location for visitors, with only three stops to the city centre and the airport, in each direction. Into This Place founder Jacob and his family calls this area home sweet home. This could easily turn into your favourite area of Copenhagen as it has for many locals and visitors.
