Lovely room, recently decorated and great sized bed. Very friendly staff were extremely helpful. Close to shopping area and within short walk of most attractions. We only had breakfast on the last morning. It was really nice but a tad expensive. We would stay here again.

This hotel was immaculate and gorgeous. We loved our room which was cozy and decorated beautifully. The property amenities were excellent with a friendly and helpful staff as well as a delicious breakfast buffet. Our only complaint was that there was a bike rental fee. In other hotels where we have stayed, the property maintained a dozen or more bikes that were available first come first served to patrons at no cost. We missed that at Henrik’s. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!

My room (luxury room w a King bed) was small but very comfortable (for one person) and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is very convenient. Close to Tivoli and about a 25 minute walk to Nyhavn. I would stay here again, no question.

Lovely, newer/refreshed property. We opted for an interior courtyard room, which was very small - just fitting the king-size bed. The hotel did experience an outage of its air conditioning which made things very uncomfortable, but they supplied a fan upon request. Disappointed they could not access the TV broadcast of the second World Cup semifinal and the final after viewing the first semifinal with other guests in the lounge. Breakfast was ample with a wide variety of choices that did not change from day-to-day. Do try the breakfast/brunch spot on the corner for some variety.

Our room wasn’t cleaned every day. Upon mentioning it was cleaned but needed to remind every evening. It was brought to our attention on last night that we need to put sign daily to get room cleaned. Staff was very friendly especially Preeti to organize our dinner reservations.

Les chambres étaient bien et propre. Petites mais assez de places pour 2 valises. Le déjeuner bon et simple. Par contre, dans la salle de bain, il n’y avait qu’un simple rideau… nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, et il y avait des travailleurs juste devant notre fenêtre. Je pense que pour plus de tranquillité, il serait bien d’y ajouter une couche de plus afin qu’ils ne puissent pas nous voir!

This hotel is absolutely lovely: our remodeled room was beautiful, the staff could not have been kinder, friendlier or more helpful, and breakfast was stunning! The location is very convenient and there are quite a few nice restaurants close by, as well as a Metro station. The only problem had nothing to do with the hotel itself but was nevertheless a frustration: across the street is an outdoor venue with loud rock music playing from about 4:00 pm to 8:00. It ends well before bedtime but if you wish to relax or nap before dinner, it’s an issue.

What I liked: The staff was so helpful, positive and professional. All of them were excellent, but particularly Brian, Pascal and Meia (sp?). Room for improvement: the Gym which I used three times needs a pull up bar. Overall the experience was an 11 out of 10 (outstanding!).

The hotel appears to have been renovated recently, and there was still some noticeable new construction material and paint smell during the stay. The overall hotel design is beautiful, with a traditional style that gives the property a fantastic atmosphere and character. The main issue was the bathroom lighting design. The lights are controlled by a motion sensor and turn off automatically. Unfortunately, the sensor does not work very well and often turns the lights off while someone is sitting on the toilet or taking a shower, which was quite inconvenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially considering how expensive dining can be in Denmark. The hotel location is also outstanding, close to many major attractions and very convenient for sightseeing.

The location was great - close to the train, bus, and metro, Tivoli and City Hall, with nearby shops, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were bright and roomy, with comfy pillows and duvets and a good sized closet and small desk area. Plenty of plugs w/ USB outlets for charging electronics. The bathroom was large and well-lit, with cushy towels, luxury bath products, and a nice big shower. However, there are some kinks to be worked out, as the property is still undergoing renovations. There was construction going on outside our window, which we had to have open as the room was warm and the A.C. didn't seem to work. The light switch in our bathroom had issues, and would switch on randomly in the middle of the night... then we couldn't turn it off. Luckily, we could just close the door to the bathroom to shut out the light. The staff was a mixed bag - some were extremely helpful while others were dismissive.

Odd. 4 hotels under the same ownership, with shared entrance & shared breakfast room. Arriving at reception no reservation was found & we were directed to the coffee lounge at the other side of the entrance area. We dragged our bags up the steps & the busy staff member greeted us at the checkout after making 4 coffees & delivering pastries. This was the checkin for Henriks hotel & we did have a reservation. This part of the building is newly refurbished & pleasantly done if a little impractical. The largest bedside lamps I’ve seen dominate & just allow you to squeeze your phone & wallet on. The bottom bed sheet only wraps around the matress topper… The overhead shower sent water over the shower door & the automatic bathroom lighting was like being caught in a spotlight as it clicked on, exposing you in all your glory to your courtyard neighbours through the thin net curtain. Please add a blind or curtain! The buffet Breakfast was very busy, I’m assuming all 4 hotels eat there, unlike other reviews we found it sparse & a limited selection. Very crispy bacon, scrambled eggs & party size frankfurters? Shared slabs of butter were a little odd too. Two very harassed & over worked ladies doing their best at breakfast, politely asking us to leave as others needed a table when we’d finished. The hotel looks nice, it means well, but for $400 per night it needs work. It felt like a place designed & run by hard pressed & well meaning newcomers to being a hotelier. As I said, odd.
