It is quite a nice apartment but unfortunately for the last two nights of our four night stay we had no hot water. We did let the owner know but they did not fix it. We understand problems can occur but they did not do enough or communicate well enough. We suggested they should consider compensation and they said they took the issue seriously and would consider this. They did not give us compensation or give us any reason why not, we never heard from them again. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Rooms were clean with freshly painted walls. 2 flights of very steep, narrow stairs to our apartment. Rooms were warm but with prodding host provided a small fan. Our stay coincided with pride week and celebrations outside our room lasted till 2am every night making sleep difficult.

Communication was excellent. Check-in and out were super easy. Location was fantastic - 15-30 min walk to everything. Good space including kitchen. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 starts is because it’s VERY noisy at night — bars til 2am, tattoo parlor til 5:30am. Way too much noise to leave windows open. We did not sleep well at all.
