“The host was very communicative. Home was nice. Enjoyable stay.”

“The property is beautiful and big. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. The only issue we had was the kitchen was poorly stocked. Just a couple pans and not enough silverware. The table only sits 3 which was ideal for eating. I wanted to use the black stone flat top but the grill was all rusted and the propane was empty. I’d say 3-4 star overall beds were nice and comfortable and plenty of space for the whole family, but the kitchen stocking needs a bit more. Overall pleasant stay!”

“This was a great, well maintained, and stocked house. The layout was functional and allowed us to spread out nicely. The communication with the host was exceptional and the location easily accessible to all the wonderful things that Rockwall has to offer. Not a negative but it is a fairly steep driveway out back to get to garage! This is definitely top of my list for a rebook”

“Pros: Quiet neighborhood, kitchen stocked with all essentials & extras, spacious areas to spread out, check in/out was easy. Cons: The driveway situation is tight and inconvenient, the property needs some basic maintenance (paint, outlets tightened up, detailed cleaning in corners, spray for insects, etc). That said, these things could easily be overlooked. The real kicker for us was the game room - it looked great in the photos but it is located in the garage - it was extremely hot out there……

“This venue is so much better than we could’ve imagined. The hosts have seriously gone above and beyond with this listing. My wife had lots of family flying in from overseas for our little wedding, so you could imagine that we were very stressed. They had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed or forgot that we needed in the beautiful kitchen. The gazebo already had lights all the way around which helped us a lot. The tables and chairs in the event building were far more than……

“I loved the style! I could tell the owner had put in a lot of thought and attention to detail. It was well done. I also appreciated how easy the parking, check-in, and check-out was. We stayed on a Friday night and it is in the middle of downtown so there were street sounds and people below but it didn’t bother me because I’d read another review about this and came prepared with earplugs which were perfect. We enjoyed the coffee shop to the left and the restaurant to the right. I’d definitely……

“The only issue we had is the initial listing. Takes you to the middle of nowhere. If they would make it a little bit more easier for you to find it that would be great. And it was a little hard to get some communication back through text message. The property was beautiful. The home was beautiful. The amenities were amazing. I will be staying again.”

“The owner allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. There were little details that were nice: snacks, welcome note, coffee and tea stocked - all good the only negative was that we were not aware until arrival that guests were not allowed. Otherwise no complaints at all. It was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra little items like shampoos and pillows that were just nice!”

“This home was beautiful! And it was stocked with everything that we might need. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to Rockwall.”

“Clean and quiet place loved it. Would go back again.”
