「Apartment was impeccably clean, updated recently and well-furnished. Smooth concrete floors throughout was the perfect industrial touch. Location is perfect, within a 10-min walk to Target Field and basically anywhere in the trendy North Loop area. Only negative is the alleged “sofa bed” isn’t a true sofa bed at all and rather an uncomfortable small sectional that doesn’t contain a mattress and cannot fit anyone taller than 5’8” lying down.
