Unpleasant staff.
Staff wasn’t approachable, when we checked in, we were given a room with two single beds. However booking was for two people with double bed. A small nuance, but still. When spoken to the staff, they literally said ,-“ you have beds, what’s the issue?” Overall hotel is nice, but the service isn’t. We ordered a breakfast on our last day, which was a bit pricy. €10 per person.

Drukke straat, hotel wel ok
Het hotel is super gelegen en makkelijk aan te rijden. Het nadeel is echter het verkeer en veel lawaai. Het was erg warm op de kamer, en met het raam open was er te veel herrie. Prijs kwaliteit was wel zeer goed, maar ja , lekker slapen i sok wel belangrijk.

Lidt uden for historiske centrum, men ikke langt.
Ligger lidt uden for centrum, men kun ca. 1 km. Så man kan gå til de historiske steder. Fin morgenmad dog ingen pølser til den engelske morgenmad. God juice og kaffen ok, hvis man lide uth mælk i sin kaffe. Værelserne store og fine og rengøring ok.

Poor service
Very rude man who works there at the desk. He yelled at me and my friend and was so agressive because we went outside at night for walk and when we came back, he was so frustrated because he needed to open the door for us. Overall it was ok, but not mere than that. Service was poor. You can park 1 min away for free, so you don't need to pay 10 euro for get parking at their place.

Nice room, but window facing to the backyard, where's the restaurant's terrance. It was really noisy with lot of people and noise continue to very late at night. There is nothing you can do about it and lot of room's face there. Also not very good bed, awful pillow, one long one for two person.

Caution no Air Conditioning in "Winter Months
The hotel itself was fine. The furnishings were outdated, but the room was clean and large. The biggest problem was that there was no air conditioning and the room was hot. When we asked we were told that the air conditioning is not turned on in the winter. It was over 80 degrees in February so we had to leave the window open. The noise from outside was very loud and you could not sleep. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it said there was air conditioning. Because of this I would not stay there again.

Great location short walk to the cathedral. The hotel has car-park - big bonus. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est situé un peu à l’extérieur du centre-ville qui est accessible en 10-15 minutes à pied. Le parking est payant, 10€ par jour. Le patio et la piscine sont très agréables, même si cette dernière était un peu fraîche. Mais une fois dedans, c’était très agréable. La chambre était spacieuse et les lits confortables.

A 15 min des activités du centre et 5 min d un centre commercial. Possibilité de garer la voiture gratuitement dans les rues proches. Arrêt de bus à côté de l hotel, permet d aller à la gare de bus en direct. Grande chambre et service fiable. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas sans la chambre , signal faible, même après l avoir signalé à la reception, rien n a changé car on m assurait que c était ok... J aurais du insister. Cadre beau.

Très bon accueil, chambre très bien. Seul inconvénient, et avantage par la suite, nous sommes arrivés pendant la semaine sainte et le parking de l'hôtel était plein, il a fallu tourner un moment dans les rues proches pour trouver une place car il y avait énormément de monde. Aucun regret malgré tout car nous avons pu assister aux différentes processions, ce qui reste un événement à voir au moins une fois.

First ever hotel i saw where even white linens are not used, not sure if if other linens / extra blankets are washed / dry cleaned every time. Squeaky headboard which would knock against wall with little movement in bed. You get hot air no matter if your setting is on cold or hot (mid Nov). If we opened up window for getting some cold air, there are people talking very loud in the courtyard until 1am.
