This house is located in a beautiful quiet and very safe residential area all with abundant orange trees and the aroma of orange blossom in spring, and what is more important just 1000 meters from the beautiful Cristo de Gracia church and the church of La Magdalena both entrance to the historic center of Cordoba, walking towards the Mosque-Cathedral or the Viana Palace will enjoy its labyrinthine and narrow streets and its beautiful courtyards.
It is a very bright house giving all its rooms abroad with a patio and roof-solarium to enjoy lunch and dinner outdoors.
It has parking at the door with the tranquility and comfort that entails and you will also find all the services you need near it such as supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and pharmacies.
You will like its modern and cozy equipment and furniture, a house that will surely help you spend an unforgettable stay in Cordoba

A recommander
Petite maison impeccable et à l'emplacement idéal : grande surface et grands axes à proximité, quartier tranquille et possiblité d'aller à pied dans le Centre Historique. Le petit plus : la terrasse sur le toit (dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter car le beau temps n'était pas de la partie)... Pour finir, l'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux et de bon conseil. Bref, rien à redire !

Nous avons apprécié surtout la mosquée reservation alcazar très compliquee+++
Location conforme a l annonce . Maison très agréable et très propre .quartier calme et bien situé . Une cafetiere électrique aurait été indispensable mais Jose nous a apporté une cafetière italienne moins pratique pour nous amateurs de café il faut donc faire plusieurs fois de suite surtout pour le petit déjeuner. C etait juste le petit bémol. Nous recommandons.

Très agréable appartement avec 2 terrasses. Une cafetière électrique serait bienvenue. Très propre et petites attentions à l'arrivée telles que des sachets de thé et une bouteille d'eau. Situation très calme et voiture pouvant être garée devant l'appartement. Bus à 10 mn à pied pour se rendre dans le centre historique.
