Asunnon sijainti oli kaupunkiin nähden hyvä. Asunnon kunto ja siisteys kohtalaista, sisälle kertyi helposti kosteutta. Jääkaappi ei pysynyt päällä, vaan siitä katkesi sähköt aina avaimen mukana asunnosta poistuttaessa.
