Layout

Accessed up a few steps, shaded by a vine, is the covered terrace of
Porto Villa, from which the front door opens into a simply furnished
sitting area that in turn leads to the kitchen and dining area. There
are 2 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin
beds and a bathroom with shower. All the accommodation is on the same
level.

Living Room
The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player,
Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.

Bedrooms
Porto has 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Additional bed available: 1 Single Sofa Bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
