Perfect location in Sidari! Amazing villa for a big group - you get the feel ofa villa but privacy as each room has its own small kitchen and bathroom! Everyone is very helpful and eager to share reccomendations. the pool was a hit with the kids - we could have stayed there all day ! Thank you - we will be back!

We stayed as a large family group of 20 - 3 generations. Ideal premises with each having own accommodation, but with a large communal areas & lovely pool & sun beds. Excellent location for beach, shops, restaurants & bars, which were all within easy walking distance. The staff were lovely, friendly & responded so quickly whenever we had a questionissue that needed resolving. Their essential maintenance visits for cleaning, gardening & pool maintenance were never a problem. A lovely place to come for a family stay.

We stayed at Maria’s place for 7 nights in October

We stayed at Maria’s place for 7 nights in October. Maria from Dadovillas provided easy check in details as well as contacts for local services. Responses from the host were quick. The villa was as described and accommodated our large family group of 19 easily. We liked how each bedroom area was equipped with a small kitchenette in addition to the large open plan dining area and kitchen. The pool and sun loungers were great. Easy 10 minute walk into the local town. Some areas in the villa were beginning to show signs of cosmetic damage from long term use but this did not spoil our stay. Overall it was good value for money

Great Family Stay

We were a party of 20 family members aged from 5 to 80 year olds. The villa was ideal for our needs. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Comfy beds and lots of hot water. The pool area is really lovely with loads of sunbeds and pool towels provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and the inside and outside dining spaces perfect. We had a few small issues which were fixed very promptly. It is a 20 minute flat walk into the centre of Sidari. There are 2 convenience stores within about 10 mins walk and a larger supermarket 2 minutes drive away. All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you. Can’t think of anything.

Beach Villa Heaven

It’s in great location about an 8 min walk to the beach. A further 2 minutes to the first restaurants and supermarkets. The main strip with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops is about a 15 min walk. An easy walk on flat terrain. The bridge over the canal D’mour might present problems for the disabled. The villa delivers on excellent outside space, large pool with shallow fenced off children’s pool. Good quality sun beds, outside toilets, BBQ and great outside communal dining space. There is also the option of similar inside dining option. There’s a well equipped kitchen and a vast amount of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There’s a fridge/ freezer, a large beer/wine fridge and even a washing machine. The bedrooms are divided into self contained units, two 2 bedded and eight 1 bedded, with shower, toilet and small kitchen which indicates it was once a very small apartment complex. This works very well in that families or groups while holidaying together have some very private personal space. Kostas the owner visits every evening for pool maintenance and rubbish removal and there is one visit per week on a day nominated by the guest for cleaning and towel change. There is a table tennis table and internet but internet speed is poor but that wasn’t an issue for us. Overall based on location, accommodation, cleanliness and service Sidari Beach Villa delivers excellent value. Crockery suitable for outside use. Water pressure Internet for those that can’t live without it! Not an issue for use.

Wir waren mit 14 Leuten da und es war rundum einfach perfekt. Spülmaschine, genug Geschirr, ein großer Pool mit ausreichend Platz und Liegen, eine saubere Außentoilette und zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner. Vom Flughafen sind wir auf die Empfehlung der Gastgeberin mit Lois Travel zur Villa hingekommen und auch wieder zurück und das hat super geklappt. Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr sehr gute Zeit in Sidari. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da.
