It’s in great location about an 8 min walk to the beach. A further 2 minutes to the first restaurants and supermarkets.
The main strip with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops is about a 15 min walk. An easy walk on flat terrain. The bridge over the canal D’mour might present problems for the disabled.
The villa delivers on excellent outside space, large pool with shallow fenced off children’s pool. Good quality sun beds, outside toilets, BBQ and great outside communal dining space. There is also the option of similar inside dining option.
There’s a well equipped kitchen and a vast amount of crockery, cutlery and glasses. There’s a fridge/ freezer, a large beer/wine fridge and even a washing machine.
The bedrooms are divided into self contained units, two 2 bedded and eight 1 bedded, with shower, toilet and small kitchen which indicates it was once a very small apartment complex. This works very well in that families or groups while holidaying together have some very private personal space.
Kostas the owner visits every evening for pool maintenance and rubbish removal and there is one visit per week on a day nominated by the guest for cleaning and towel change.
There is a table tennis table and internet but internet speed is poor but that wasn’t an issue for us.
Overall based on location, accommodation, cleanliness and service Sidari Beach Villa delivers excellent value.
