Villa Fotini with private heated pool Imerolia Kassiopi

Villa Fotini is located in the quiet area of Imerolia in Kassiopi 35 km from Corfu Town. Our lovely holiday villa is 110sq.m, has a private heated pool (on request with extra cost), balconies with amazing views to the sea and the Albanian coastline and is the perfect destination for your holidays in Corfu and especially in Kassiopi. Villa Fotini can sleep up to 5 people in two bedrooms.
Entering the house there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room. The large glazing door of the living room has access to the balcony with stunning views to the sea. On your right there is a bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe. Here is also a WC. An interior staircase leads to the upper floor where there is another bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with washing machine and enclosed cabinet. The bedroom has access to a large balcony with sunbeds and seating area.
On the outdoor fenced patio there is a private pool surrounded with sun loungers and parasols and a lovely large dining table. Villa Fotini is an ideal accommodation for families and couples who want to spend relaxing holidays in tranquility and also reach within 8 minutes’ walk of the cosmopolitan Kassiopi. The beach of Imerolia is 200m far.
Kassiopi itself provides a satisfying array of possibilities: from restaurants of both traditional and international cuisine to lively bars, leisurely walks of castle ruins and unique pebbly beaches. The variety of choices makes Kassiopi a cosmopolitan tourist attraction. In the center of the village you will find all the necessities you might need: shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car-hire, diving center, excursions, pharmacy etc. Kassiopi is ideally situated to explore the surrounding villages as boat excursions run straight from the quaint fishing harbor.

Gorgeous family holiday

The accessibility to the beaches and town were amazing. It was easy to walk to beaches, bars and tavernas. A really great location and great villa. Could do with a few more utensils and kitchen stuff but apart from that just perfect!

Clean, spacious hidden gem

Overall the property was well-maintained, clean, spacious and had all the required mod cons i.e. aircon, washing and dishwasher, and internet working just fine. Pool was clean and fun to use. Great communication with the owner and enjoyed dining at his restaurant in town.

What a wonderful place kassiopi is , great beaches, plenty of very good food quality restaurants. Villa was spotless east 10 minutes walk to town. Host Don even popped over during week to see if things were okay. Villa was cleaned twice on our week visit could not ask for more

Familienurlaub in der Villa Fotini

Die Villa Fotini ist ein sehr schönes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus etwas abseits der Küstenstraße bei Kassiopi. Der Vermieter, Don, ein Restaurantbesitzer aus Kassiopi, war ausgesprochen freundlich, er hatte sogar schon etwas für uns eingekauft und hat zwischendurch mal nach uns gesehen. Alle paar Tage kam jemand vorbei und hat die Handtücher gewechselt, die Betten gemacht und Müll mitgenommen. Das Haus hat einen wirklich netten Swimmingpool mit Liegen drumherum, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde. Im Oktober war es natürlich schon etwas zu frisch, um sich lange im Pool aufhalten zu können. Kassiopi ist in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, bis zu einem kleinen Kiesstrand sind es vielleicht 200m. In 10 bis 20 Minuten Autofahrt lassen sich mehrere wunderschöne Sandstrände erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Lovely quiet property

Villa Fotini is a lovely property, it's located outside of Kassiopi but 10min walk into town so easy to get there for beaches and restaurants. Nicely decorated and spacious. The villa itself is large and clean with stunning views over the bay and hills, the pool was lovely and perfect temperature. The downstairs bathroom is really just a toilet with a sink though and it's under the stairs so no windows so wasn't the best for my mother in law and she needed to use the bathroom upstairs for showering etc. Don is a great host and also looked after us at his lovely restaurant in town, the food was also delicious and his sardine dish has changed my view on this fish as I never previously liked them! There is a wonderful fish taverna 2 min walk from the Villa in Imerolia which we loved and ate at a couple of times, it's right on the water and beautiful food and view. The only issue we had was finding the property, we arrived at Kassiopi during a huge rain storm and we had no phone or internet signal, the town itself doesn't have addresses so only the villa's name was provided and no directions on how to find it. We had to ask at a travel agent for directions and thankfully they were able to show us where it was but even then we drove past the driveway twice as it is very hard to see and there is no sign post on either either driveway or the villa itself, we had to guess it from the pictures we had seen online as there are 4 villas at the end of the driveway. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in this area.

Superbe Villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la Villa de Don, vue magnifique sur l'Albanie, piscine chauffée à 28 degrés. La maison est tout confort, rien ne manque et tout est impeccable. Don est extrêmement sympathique et accueillant. La village de Kassiopi où se trouve la Villa est rempli de commerçants et restaurants. Les principaux sites touristiques sont à 1h de route. Nous revenons en France avec plein de beaux souvenirs de Corfou. Merci beaucoup Don. Marion & Nicolas

Super schönes Haus, fast alles gut

Das Haus ist toll, sauber, groß, mit einer perfekten Lage. Sehr ruhig aber in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Kassiopi. Eigentlich sollte es gar nix zu meckern geben... Wenn nur die schöne Küche auch mit genügend Töpfen, Pfannen, Teller und Besteck ausgerüstet wäre. Wir hatten einen kleinen Topf (ca. 2 Liter) und zwei kleine Pfannen - das ist nicht wirklich ausreichend. Gottseidank waren wir nur zu zweit und hatten nicht noch Familie mitgebracht. Schön wäre es auch, wenn so ein Grundstock an Küchenzubehör da wäre; z. B. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc. sowie ein bisschen was zum Putzen wie Schwamm, Küchentücher, Putzlappen.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, regelmäßig wurde der Pool gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt obwohl wir nur 1 Woche dort waren. Zur Begrüßung brachte uns Don einige gekühlte Getränke und übernahm unsere ersten Getränke in seinem Lokal . Tolle Aussicht sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist der nächste Ort super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lediglich die Anfahrt war im Dunkeln etwas schwer. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Modern comfortable villa. Lovely views from the front terraces. However as the property is North facing the sun is not directly on the outside areas after 4pm and the pool is rather cold. Also there are 3 other properties in close proximity so not totally private. How and ever would recommend Fontini if these issues are not a problem. Had a lovely meal in Porto Neuvo ( owned by Don and his wife ) The complimentary wine was a nice touch too!

Perfect private villa and pool in quiet part of Kassiopi

As other reviewers have said, the villa is a great size, the pool is perfect and the lovely Greek owners, Don and his wife were very helpful the whole stay. Their restaurant in Kassiopi, called Porto Nuovo was, in our opinion, a cut above the other lovely restaurants in town. The villa is in an area called Imerolia, which is on the outskirts of Kassiopi town, so very peaceful. The walk into town is along a road, but the views are stunning along the coastlne. It takes about 10 minutes. The villa is situated up a little road almost opposite the Imerolia fish Taverna entrance. We had a great holiday!

Fantastic holiday

Our first time in Corfu and what a lovely place Kassiopi is.Don’s villa is fantastic.Everything you need is there.A pleasant 10 minute walk into the village.Villa is spotlessly clean throughout.Pool was regularly cleaned.There was a welcome pack when we arrived with lots of things in it which was a good start.Don also arranged the transfers which was a big help.We also visited Don’s 2 restaurants and the food was brilliant.There are lots of restaurants to choose and all serving good food.We will definitely be coming back to Kassiopi and Don’s villa in the near future

Fantastic villa and amazing host.

The villa was exactly as the photos. Very clean and everything you would require. Don and his wife were so helpful. Don even offered to pick us up and drop us to his restaurant on our last day Shen we could not get a taxi. Thank you don for everything you have made our holiday so relaxing like home from home. Both of Dons restaurants are wonderful. Try both if you get the chance. Puorto Nuvo and Levanda. Shall definitely recommend.

Beautiful house - not brilliant communication

Beautiful house, views are amazing, pool is lovely. The walk from the town up to the house is a bit of a trek, about 15 minutes up a busy road then a not pretty dirt track to get to the house. We had no clue which house was ours other than with a key left in the door. There was no welcome pack which others seem to have had, not even a bottle of water. There were no covers on the duvets. We arranged for a pick up from the airport but when I checked the day before he told us he wasn't picking us up and to get a taxi. Used a local company I used the year before who I knew would know where the house was. He then asked us to meet him at his taverna and it was shut when we got there so gave up. Would definitely go back to Kassiopi, it's amazing, but wouldn't use this man again.

Beautiful Villa in Kassopaia

We had a fantastic week in Kassiopi. The Villa was beautiful, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable, tastefully decorated and light and airy. The "wrap around" balconies on each floor give each bedroom its own terrace and the pool and sun terraces are superb. The large french windows in the front facing bedrooms let you wake up to a stunning view over Imerolia bay and to Albania, we had the bonus of seeing dolphins in the bay one evening. Don is an excellent host, helpful, friendly and responsive to any requests, his restaurant in the village is really good, with traditional Greek dishes and a wonderful position on the harbour looking over to Albania. The village is a pleasant 10 minute walk along the seafront, and even in late October, it was busy with plenty of atmosphere. There are many absolutely beautiful coves with shingle beaches and clear water between Kassiopi and Corfu town and sandy beaches to the North. I will definitely return to Corfu and to Dons Villa.
