Villa Kokokilas has fantastic panoramic views over the surrounding hillside leading down to the seafront at Agios Stefanos. This spectacular landscape is evident not only from your own private swimming pool, but also from the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The beaches and facilities of Agios Stefanos are all within a very short drive. The high quality interior and design of the villa make it a real home from home, and pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are also included.

Villa Kokokilas is positioned above the area of Sinies, in the village of Kokokylas, close to the larger resort of Agios Stefanos. A choice of shops and restaurants can be found in all 3 areas as well as nearby Agni, Kalami and Kassiopi. The nearest beaches are Agios Stefanos, the fabulous Kerasia Beach and the beach in Avlaki.
