“The team at reception were not friendly, not efficient, and not capable.
The first 3 things they (it was 4 people talking to each other behind the reception desk and not in English and obviously talking about me) told me was:
NO swimming in the pool cuz it closed at 6pm (actually closes at 7pm).
NO dinner reservations at the à la carte restaurant in-house.
NO free room upgrade.
This was followed by 3 fake information:
There is no earlier email from reservation department of Domes Hotel that……

“We loved this property. It’s a serene and tranquil base with a very helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our little one loved the kids club that was full of creative activities and the staff there kept the kids engaged. Plenty to do for adults, gym, aqua gym, yoga , tennis, paddle. And not to forget the delectable food! The Italian food was just scrumptious!
We are already looking forward to coming back soon!

“We had a lovely stay. Great facilities and we had a room with a lovely view of the bay and marina. The private beach was perfect and the bar had a good choice of mocktails. The daily shuttle bus to Corfu town is so helpful. I would usually never stay at the same hotel twice but honestly this resort was perfect and I can't wait to come back.”

“Amazing experience. The service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind and spoke decent English. We will be back for sure.
The fire alarm went off once which was weird.
The food was all 4/5 really good. The bed and sheets and blankets and towels were all plush. The Jacuzzi was nice.
The breakfast buffet is AMAZING! $25euro per person and well worth it! Didn’t get a chance to use the gym but looked really nice.
Restaurants- we went in early May and two of the restaurants were closed……
