「We had an exemplary stay in Beaune. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with large living room, kitchen and two VERY large bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. 「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. Such wonderful hotel
"The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter suggested to refund me of my prepaid hotel charges and go find other hotels in Beaune, but I knew it was very little vacancy during long weekend holidays in France. I had no option but keep staying in. Hotel also does not provide kettle and tissue paper."
