They changed my reserved room because someone would not leave their room. So after confirming the change my family drove down to Mississippi. I was given a key to an occupied room. When we came back to the desk to get the room we had reserved a week earlier they said there was a mistake and they did not have any available rooms for my family. It was 8:00 at night and my family of 5 did not have a room to stay in. Very very poorly run. Need to have my money refunded.

They overbooked and I had to find another place to stay while on my way there. I am glad the night shift manager checked and called but that was the least they could do.

In todays world, it is critical to have the ability to conduct business when travelling. The wifi never worked during my entire stay. When I informed the front desk staff, she was not helpful and did not seem to place much importance on my concern.

We are meeting with ATT today to resolve this issue. I am so sorry for the inconvenience of this. Future forward, feel free to ask for a manager if there's anything you need. My front desk should have moved your room closer to the office to ensure you had wifi access. It is my expectation that hotel wide wifi access will be resolved and available soon, however. Thank you for your comments as it helps me to counsel staff and focus on what we need to improve.

We were not offered snacks or bottled water on check in like last time. No freshly baked cookies either.

I am so sorry. This is unacceptable. I have counseled my front desk staff now on this matter. Feel free to call and ask for Whitney directly if you ever have any issues. I will bake all the cookies personally and hand deliver them to your room if need be. You can have all the snacks, waters, and cookies your heart desires. I hope you give us another chance to make it right and stay with us again in the future.

We got water bottles & Chex mix when we checked in plus fresh hot baked cookies later. Just remodeled & very nice. No hot breakfast, though.

Thank you for your review. We normally have omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon, and sausage available with cold food items for breakfast. I am curious what time you left because we may need to serve breakfast earlier if our wonderful guests like you are not getting the opportunity to experience all the hot deliciousness.

Three day stay !!
Our room was a nice size, we stayed 3 nights. We Didn't ask for anything from house keeping but im sure they would have done anything for us !! The only issue we had was the breakfast. I am a celiac ( gluten-free) person and there wasn really anything there for me to eat. The first morning the lady looking after the breakfast area found me a tangerine in the back. Would be great to see gluten-free muffins,gluten-free cereal, etc. I also started finding ants in our room. Not sure where they came from ?. Still a nice hotel and we would stay again !!

There is only one luggage cart at each of two entrances. I would think that there are many times when they are not available. The omelets were brought out cold.

It was confusing when you first drive in. There appears to be two hotels together. Holiday Inn and Enconolodge. I almost cancelled my reservation because I didn’t know what adventures I was in for! I liked that it was easy access to my reason for my stay. I liked the pool area and sat outside to relax and breakfast was adequate. The update to the hotel looked like it was superficial. There were remnants of the old decor.
