'Serenity,' is your ultimate holiday retreat tucked away in the tranquil part of Corlette. Suitably named, this residence redefines the concept of peaceful living with its harmonious setting, only a 300m walk from the waters edge.
Serenity comfortably houses eight guests, offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is air conditioned and flaunts a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom; the seamless blend of luxury and comfort. The second- and third-bedrooms house 2 Single beds in each room, and the fourth bedroom has another Queen size bed. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity.
The living room, complete with a smart TV, Netflix, and Wifi – is a hub for family night in and entertainment. If dining out isn't part of your plan, the fully equipped kitchen with its lovely dining area offers an unparalleled dine-in experience. There is also a separate study area with another TV/ DVD and WII for the kids to have their own space.
The property unfolds further with its outdoor allure - a BBQ, outdoor furniture, and a spacious yard, perfect for long summer evenings, garden brunches, or beaming sunrises with a hot cup of coffee in hand.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
