Parking
We loved our stay here . We only have one thing we find was not good and that is the parking spot in the left unit only a small car can get in it “ safely “. Only because there is a weird shaped brick wall in the way not sure why it’s there but it limits peoples access to property especially when there isn’t ample parking on street and it’s a busy road . The accomodation was just right and so clean and tidy can’t recommend enough for a small family or a couple . Thank you for letting us stay .

Best location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this waterfront property. The accommodation itself was very clean, comfortable and modern. We enjoyed spending the late afternoons on the back patio overlooking the water. It was a short drive or stroll into town. So much to do and breathtaking views!

Great hosts and a wonderful property
This is the second time we've stayed at Sunset @ Corlette with my family and it is the perfect location and property for our needs. There was a miscommunication in regards to the kayak info in the check in email, but the host very kindly offered us a goodwill gesture to make up for the confusion. We were very grateful for the excellent service, and will definitely stay again!

this property was in a great location upon arrival the property was clean and tidy, i would like to recommend a pergola or awning for the outside area as when it rains you have nowhere outside and water comes all the way to the back door other then this, the place i would recommend and stay again the family was very satisfied

Beautiful Spot
Such a lovely location, house is well presented. The kayaks were a great addition, the water was so warm and flat. We had dolphins that came into the bay morning and at sunset. The only downside was the parking and privacy at times. The units car spot is very difficult to get into and especially when there were 2 cars in the visitor bays. With local kids and kids from upstairs playing out the front of our unit it took away from the tranquil surrounds and peaking in the lounge room whilst we were sitting there. The oven and stove isn't very user friendly. Great host very helpful and beautiful presented home.

Comfortable accommodation in a perfect setting.
“Sunset” at Corlette has everything you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. The view is beautiful and the beachside walks are lovely. Many stunning beaches are nearby as well as Tomaree National Park. There is so much to do - we hope to return!

Family Holiday
Wow, wow, wow! This is the third time we have been the Corlette in as many places. So far this is up the top. You can simply not beat this anywhere. Beach front, close to Nelson Bay, around the corner from Toboggan Hill Park, Dolphins, sunsets…aaaarrrhhh so much awesomeness! We had sun, rain, cold and hot weather, it didn’t matter if we were outside on the beach, out and about or inside playing games, the place just worked it’s magic. Thank you so much!!

Fabulous property and location
We had the most incredible stay at Corlette. The beach house exceeded our expectations and there wasn’t a single thing the hosts had not thought of. The property is modern and the standard of cleanliness was impeccable. The beach out the front was perfect for adults and children who aren’t into the rough surf, as it is calm and clean. We also went fishing out the front most days, where our daughter caught her first ever fish. We have wonderful memories of our Stay. Thanks Nicky for everything.

Quiet and Refreshing
The most well catered for place we have ever been in. Add to that the views and the quiet location,which made our distancing of others, easy (beats being in Nelson Bay which is highly populated at Christmas). As taxis are limited , we learnt how to use buses again, as our mode of travel for dining out each night.Bus stop at the front door was convenient.Our uber account never got used. Our host was always quick with communicating and offered an early checkin, which we were unable to take up but was a nice gesture.We stayed as a couple but the unit can accomodate 5. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate tv/lounge areas, it catered for everyone being comfortable.Plenty of shady picturesque walks, either over the hill behind the resort or walking back into Dutchies Beach on the grassy track,infront of the neighbouring houses We enjoyed our 6 nights

Wedding weekend with the family
Immaculately clean and well presented property. It had everything we needed. Fantastic view, peaceful and quiet place to spend a relaxing weekend away with just a short walk to the anchorage for the wedding and reception.

Lovely duplex in great location
We had a great week in this property, we enjoyed using the kayaks right in front of the apartment and even saw dolphins. It’s a great location, close to everything. The property was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Fantastic is an understatement!
What a beautiful property! This was our first holiday with our 7 month old baby and from the second we walked in the door it was blissful! Owners are extremely thoughtful (with chocolate and wine on arrival). The unit itself was extremely clean! And the view was breathtaking! 100/10 rating! We even felt the need to leave little gifts for the owners! We will definitely be back! Thank you for the fantastic holiday!

Perfect stay for our family
This was a beautiful stay for our family of 4, with 2 children under 4. The kayaks were great fun, fishing was awesome, and the proximity to the water was perfect. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated. A very quiet and peaceful location but still close to everything the area has to offer. We hope to come back some day.

We had the most wonderful time. The property was perfect for myself, husband and two kids 5 and 7 years. Spotless and beautifully presented. The beach itself was stunning, white sand, crystal clear water. We saw Dolphins on our early morning walk. Loved every minute.

Excellent location
This is a beautiful spot right on the edge of Port Stephens. It was very relaxing to spend time here watching the activity on the bay, from either inside or outside the apartment. Black swans feeding directly in front, dolphins passing, and many corellas and rainbow lorikeets in the trees above. Everything that we could have wanted was provided here. A well stocked pantry, modern appliances and a comfortable bed, and all rooms were beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean.

I would highly recommend this place to stay. The place was beautifully designed with the very best appliances/linen and nik naks. Even the complimentary toiletries were beautiful. Amazing views and so relaxing. Good positioning too along the coast. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely peaceful unit. Fantastic location with ocean and walking tracks at your back door. So clean - a delight! Lots of thoughtful touches; from liquid soap at every sink to the essentials provided in the pantry & bathrooms (best stocked pantry I have seen in a holiday rental) to the easily-found instructions for everything. I really can’t fault it. The kayaks were a bonus and easy to launch on beach just metres away. The famed dolphins were spotted offshore and lots of bird life. We will be back!

Wow factor ! As a family of four we spent a week in this beautifully located gem and it was no where near long enough. The property was clean and immaculate on arrival. Nicky is an incredibly well organised host with superb interpersonal skills. Everything is thought of and clear instructions are throughout this beautiful property. We awoke every morning to the sound of waves crashing on the rocks watching dolphins swim by. We were greeted with the most amazing sunrises and sunsets every day from the courtyard ( better than any I have seen overseas) having the kayaks was an added bonus and kayaking whilst dolphins swim right Next to you was an amazing experience. The property is well located close to anywhere you need to visit in port Stephens. We will be back and I guarantee you could not be disappointed with renting this property it has all and more anyway would look for. Thank you Nicky for sharing your piece of paradise with our family we loved it.

Great location, Fantastic view
We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding close by at the Anchorage. Although the unit is rather small it certainly makes up for it with the included amenities . The view is spectacular and the unit was immaculately clean. Kayaking on beautiful Port Stephens topped off a great weekend (although an additional adult size would be handy). Nicky is a very good host and goes out of her way to accommodate any request. I would highly recommend this unit and would love to come back here to stay.

Perfect holiday retreat!
This was the perfect location for our family getaway. Clean, comfortable unit with stunning views across the water. We spent most nights outside enjoying BBQs whilst watching the stunning sunsets. We were lucky enough to see dolphins one afternoon which the kids loved! Such easy access to the beach was ideal. Great fish and chips at the corner store too!
