「Quiet, clean, very comfortable. Accessories include (that weren't listed on VRBO) coffee maker, TV, ceiling fans. It's great for younger and early middle aged people. I'm 72 and my wife is 65. We didn't know that there were large steps from where we could park the car to the cabin. Further, to use the fire pit, there were many more stairs down to that and the river.」

「I was concerned that the nearby construction project (Escanaba is updating its water infrastructure) would disrupt the peace & beauty of this house that looks over Ludington Park & Lake Michigan. 「House was perfect location for our family for the playground and fun beach! House was stocked with tons of supplies. Great home to spend time to together as a family. Host were super responsive and WiFi was great.」

The deck is amazing, plenty of room to live outside. The water is very accessible with minimum stairs and hand railing. We wish we could have stayed longer.」

A/C was fine but spotty as not all rooms had their own window unit. Location was fine close to the big park and main downtown street. This is a quiet town even in the middle of summer. 」
