Amazing location, probably a 3 minute walk to the beach with a private access point for just the homes located on the cul-de-sac. Fun theme for the house, but fair warning, the spiral stairs are tricky for anyone elderly or kids who have just learned to walk but love stairs as was the case for us. We did appreciate the baby gate at the top of the stairs. The dishwasher was broken, reported the first day, but never fixed as promised and our last night the AC wasn't working properly so we were pretty warm. The filter looked as if it hadn't been changed in a long time and was disgusting. We also understand that this is a pet friendly home but the cleanliness could have been better. We did find a lot of dust/hair around the house and I had to buy ant traps when we first arrived due to the little ant colony in the living room. The pool and hot tub really help make up for some of these issues as they are spectacular features of this house. Overall we had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay, but we would probably not stay at this exact house again.
