Welcome to Song of the Sea 🌊 perfectly located in a low traffic area ideal for biking, jogging, dog walking and walking. While you might be tucked away in this private community, you are right around the corner from fine dining, lots of shopping and wonderful attractions perfect for a vacation filled with family fun. Song of the Sea is pet friendly (pet fee) and ready for you and your family to have an unbelievable family vacation with lots of fun! Community pool or 2-3 minute walk to the beach!

⭐️ Ground Level: Outside amenities include an outside shower and gas grill + additional charcoal grill. Entry Level with Queen Bedroom/ TV, full bathroom connecting additional room with Full Bed and TV.
⭐️ Mid Level: King Bedroom with TV and back lounge porch/deck access that shares a full bath with whirlpool tub (no shower). Separate Queen Bedroom with TV. Bedroom with DuoBunk, Single, TV and deck access that shares a full bath with a Queen Bedroom with TV. Laundry area with standard washer and dryer.
⭐️ Top Level: Great sized living room with 52" flat-screen HDTV. New glass stovetop & appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4; dining room seating 14 and a half bathroom. A perfect vacation!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The home was warm and welcoming, and it was a short walk to the beach. We were also close to shopping and restaurants for when we wanted to get into town. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Gathering

This lovely home suited our needs well as we gathered to celebrate our matriarch's 80th birthday. It is spacious with comfortable bedrooms and open gathering spaces. The outdoor porches on every level are fantastic. The neighborhood is small and easy to navigate. The proximity to the beach and to stores is ideal. We were very happy, and our questions were answered in a timely, friendly manner.The home needs attention to a number of minor details, which wouldn't be worth mentioning except there are many--interior spiders and cobwebs, clocks with depleted batteries, a bedside lamp missing a hurricane-style glass, not enough forks, just conditioner in one bathroom, a clogged vacuum filter, a dirty propane grill, a dirty refrigerator drawer, etc. These in no way disrupted our stay, but they were noticeable in their volume. Thanks for a welcoming place to gather as a family for a milestone celebration!

Nice community, walking distance to the beach

The house was spacious and close proximity to the beach, only took a couple minutes to walk there. The house had a heated outdoor shower, which was nice for after visiting the beach. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The online listing was accurate and the property manager communicated well. Community was nice and quiet, well suited for families. The beach was busy, but never felt overly crowded. We would stay here again!
