Our home offers everything you need and more including flat-screen smart TVs in each bedroom, all you will ever need to make that perfect meal and plenty of gear for a wonderful day at the beach or backyard play. You will love all the community amenities including a community pool, volleyball court, playground and picnic areas.
Ground Level: Outside you'll find a fenced courtyard with an open outside shower, bar with seating for 2, Hot Tub, and a charcoal grill. Inside you'll find the Rec room with smart TV, Single Sleep Sofa, foosball table, game table seating 3, mini-refrigerator and patio/courtyard access. Bedroom with a DuoBunk and smart TV, and full hall bathroom.
Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with smart TV, deck access to a private balcony and a large master bathroom with dual vanity, King Bedroom with smart TV, Queen Bedroom with smart TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, Queen Sleep Sofa and deck access. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating 3, dining area seating 5 and a half bath.
Extras: Hot Tub, 6 smart TVs with Netflix, Blu-Ray DVD player, high speed internet access, foosball table, mini-refrigerator, charcoal grill, fenced courtyard, open outside shower, carport, parking for 3 vehicles, community pool and linens and towels provided.
