Come vacation in a BIG, yet cozy, beautiful craftsman style home in relaxing Coronado! Our remodeled 4 bedroom-3 full bath home will give you space to spread out and relax while enjoying all Coronado has to offer. Comes w/golf cart ($1600/mo value), ideal for getting around town and being able to park in tight spots!

We are looking for a family to rent our home for June and/or July -/+ (available May 25-Aug 1 2024 ). Minimum 26 days, get 2 days free if you rent June & July!

The upstairs Master Suite with a sitting room plus master bath and gym will rejuvenate you prior to going downstairs and relaxing in the family room or reading the paper in the backyard. There is also a deck off master and gym, + a rooftop deck w/SD skyline view.

The second Master Bedroom, has a Queen bed, and is called our “Hotel Del” room for its unique decor. A full bath and walk-in closet are attached to room.

The kid’s room has 2 twin beds and sleeps 2. Lots of games here.

The guest room has a full bed and is the coolest (temperature wise) room in the house.

Ceiling fans are in every bedroom and family room. A/C is rarely necessary and the bedrooms usually get a nice breeze.

The garage is stocked with a ping pong table, 5 Bikes, and boogie boards that make an fun & easy beach outing or game competition. Numerous board games and 2 corn hole sets are also available.

We will entertain a small/medium size dog and have a 4-seat licensed, street legal golf cart for easy commuting (& parking!): Please message owners for possible pet add-on.

Granite countertops, everything you need in a kitchen with washer-dryer off the kitchen. Family room is exceptionally comfortable w/seating 8-9.

NOTE: Minimum stay length is 26 nights. You will just enjoy your time here!

Walking distance to Hotel Del or Ferry Landing- -and easy bike or golf cart ride w/out the parking hassles! On top of all this, we have great neighbors!
