Pet friendly cottage

Check in was simple , cottage was small but plenty room for 3 adults and was very clean, , close to beach access, restaurants, golf cart rental, bars , ice cream parlor , I would stay again.

This place was clean and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.They do provide all the essentials as well as only coffee. Be prepared to provide your own creamers etc…not a big deal as I walked over to the store and bought some.

Relaxing Stay

Perfect for people who want to walk to restaurants. Best to go during the week, the weekends get very busy! The tv was out and someone came within 30 minutes to fix it. Thank you!

Love the privacy!

Nice, clean and very accommodating. We were so close to the beach and having a coded lock make it even better...no keys to pick up or turn in. I also love the welcome sign in our rental that was personalized! Great hospitality feel! We will rent again, love the cottage feel and relaxed environment.

We'll be back

One of the best equipped bungalow ever. It even had a 110 power plug for our phone we'd forgotten. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. It was very convenient to everything and a nice place to vacation with our dog. She felt very welcomed ☺️

This property is centrally located within minutes from the beach, shopping and dining. Very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend for a couple with their pet. And a fenced in yard! I was pleasantly surprised and how well they furnished and decorated the inside, super cute.

This was a nice place. The AC wasn't the coolest. The bedroom TV did not work. The bathroom was very small with a small shower. Would consider renting again in the cooler months. The location is awesome.

Great location and great property management

The rental was perfect for our 4 day stay. Located walking distance from many great restaurants & other great businesses. Property management was great. We had a minor issue that we were OK with them looking at the next day, but they offered to send someone out that evening. Our issue was resolved within the hour! Highly recommend them and will look to book with them again in the upcoming months!

Plus, there is no need to worry about staying right on the beach when you can drive your car right up to the water. Our dogs were comfortable as well. The yard was adequate for them to use the restroom and still remain private. We can't wait to come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overalll, would definitely recommend for a couple with pets. The rental would be tight for more than that. The king size bed was very comfortable & I wish I could say the same for the sofa. The living area would be better served with a futon for a child or teenager traveling with their parents with either theater seat recliners OR chairs with ottoman’s. It does need some outside routine maintenance done. Also would suggest posting that this property does back up to the street for the fur parents with reactive dogs. The pluses definitely outweighed the few negatives I’ve posted. Would 💯 come back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We were able to walk to coffee, restaurants, shops, and enjoyed wrapping up our nights at the Salty Dog right across the street! Can’t speak for beach access from this location because we prefer entry at access road 1-A so we drove in each time! The road noise wasn’t noticeable and we were able to sit on the patio peacefully. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and then some! Spanish Village as a whole was calm, quiet, clean, and a great location! It was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for 2 tired parents! I also made a mistake on my booking and the management team was super helpful! I’ve seen previous reviews that the TV didn’t work, but we didn’t have any issues at all! I also thought the personalized welcome sign and reusable water bottles were a nice touch!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right when you walk in you can see that it is clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. We received a couple texts asking if everything was good and if we needed anything, to make sure and reach out. My only complaint would be that there are no curtains and there is light that comes through at night and very bright in the mornings. Everything else was great! I definitely would recommend staying here. The location is great with a really good ice cream shop around the corner where you can rent golf carts. Also, this property has a 2 car little driveway, which was a plus. The backyard was perfect for dogs.

La Mansion at Spanish Village

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is clean, well stocked and in a prime location within walking distance of many restaurants and bars and with easy access to stores and attractions. The water in the sink in the bathroom has the hot and cold lines switched and even when you figure that out, the water flow is very low requiring 5 measured seconds to get a cupped palm of water which makes it hard to shave or wash hands. The shower and kitchen sink however did not have this issue so I don't understand what is going on with the sink. I could not get the TV to work in the bedroom but that may have been my challenge with new technology. A couple of us tried to get it to work but could not even though everything was powered up. The only other complaint I had was that the AC LED lights were bright so the bedroom was never truly dark. This is a nice property and it was comfortable and served all our needs very well. I would want to know the sink water was fixed before I stayed here again. I did not contact management about this issue while I was there.
