Uniquely located just a half mile from beach and 2 blocks from downtown Port A where you have an abundance of restaurants and shopping available to you. A private heated pool is provided on the premise. There is enough parking for up to 5 vehicles. Ocean views can be seen from the third floor and fourth floor crow's nest! Restaurants, concert venues, night life and the marina are all a few short blocks.

We had a wonderful stay at this home—truly perfect for our family, as well as our pets. The location couldn’t be better: close to the beach, restaurants, and all the local sights. We loved that we could easily walk to dinner or take a quick golf cart ride to the beach.The owner was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We spent Thanksgiving here, and he even provided a turkey pan along with an already well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare our holiday meal. We were also celebrating my parents’ 60th anniversary, and he surprised us with a charcuterie board and champagne. It was such a kind gesture, and the charcuterie board was delicious—we enjoyed every bit!The heated pool was a huge bonus. It warmed up quickly, and we enjoyed it almost every day of our stay — a great way to relax mornings or evenings.Our stay was fantastic, and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Home

This home is as described . Plenty of space , well equipped kitchen , and pool space was our fave. The little ones loved it (we all did)! It’s a great size and fun splash area , the heat was a plus !!! Can’t say better things about this place. It was fabulous and location was perfect , close to beach and lots of great places to visit for food, drinks and shopping !

Good location/small things could have been better

Location was great. Plenty of space for 12 adults. The cleaning crew must have not cleaned very well the night before. Dishwasher was full and grill and grill tools were dirty. Pool heater was working on arrival. They did send someone over within the hour to clean the grill and fix the heater. Then the a/c went out our last night in the downstairs unit. Overall it was good but some small things could have been cleaned up a bit.

Almost perfect

We had a great time. The house is in the perfect location. Great size. One room is at bottom floor with no connection to main house so hard with kids but if you have adults is perfect. The only thing i would say is the stove front 2 ranges were hard to turn on took a sec everytime and the ice maker of fridge didnt work all week but we found ice machine in garage so that wasnt such a big deal. Overalll the house was amazing we had a blast would recommended to anyone!

Great location

We loved the location and the house but I wish we would have known about the downstairs bedroom having a separate entrance. We did not use that bedroom because it did not feel safe being away from the group. We were on a girls weekend and wanted each a room. Also the two doors that just had a balcony without steps to the downstairs could not be locked. Bathrooms could have more hooks and Bedrooms more space for hanging clothes. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the recommendation for the golf cart. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay!

This home is beautifully and tastefully decorated! Couch is extremely comfortable and great for napping on a lazy afternoon. I was very impressed with the beds. We've stayed many places in Port A and many times the comfort level of the bed is neglected, but not here. Thank you for that! The owner was very attentive and communication was wonderful. I would suggest a hard copy welcome book in the future. At times, I couldn't get my phone to pull up the online welcome letter, so a hard copy in the house would have been convenient. Unfortunately, it rained for most of our stay and and we were bummed to discover that although the stairs and 2nd floor deck are covered, they are definitely not waterproof.

Excellent Location in Downtown Area

We are frequent visitors to Port Aransas every year and are very familiar with the area. The location of the property is ideal. Close to shops and restaurants as well as local fishing spots and the beach! Having a pool was very nice to relax in once done with the beach each day. The views from up top were amazing and the house perfectly accommodated our 9 guest. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood too. I few things we discovered were the arcade upstairs was a bit ragged. Wires may need some fixing, since they were barely hanging on and worked have the time. Ice machine was a great find in the garage until it stopped working half way through the trip. But it's a great feature. Locking the doors were a bit tricky at first, just follow directions to a T! Bikes were nice to have, but went unused since we have a small children. Over all, the house is beautiful! Any issues we did have we're very minor. We loved having drinks and meals on the two balconies and really couldn't have picked a better place! We'll be back again when we have a larger group!

So we overall thought the property was nice but would never have rented had it been disclosed that there was a bunk room on the lower level with no access to main house. We had planned on using bunk rooms for kids and this was not something that we could do. The house seemed nice, it needs some TLC from the property manager to fix Smoke Detectors that are miss and wires are exposed, one being above a bunk bed on upper level. Towel holders need to be replaced in all bathrooms as they were pulling out of the walls. The vent fan in the Hallway bathroom pours water out of it when running. Whoever comes in and cleans needs to really check all sheets as the upstairs bunk room had a bed with bloody mucus and hairs and then one of the rooms downstairs had blood on the sheets as well...Manager was nice and brought over sheets but at 10:30pm we were all about to be in bed and kids were already asleep...Also, there is an ice machine in the garage that we wish we had known about, we didn't go into the garage until the last day and that would have been a benefit with coolers at the beach...New pool service company would be a plus too, tons of sand in the pool...Over all it was a nice place, if you are renting make sure that you know about the room situation and it needs to be publicly known in description so families can book accordingly...Good location close to restaurants. Beautiful home just needs a little more TLC before guests arrive.

Great Views/Excellent Pool

We just had a family birthday gathering at this property & truly enjoyed our stay. It was located near the beach, but the biggest hit was the pool. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms (Note: The Queen/single bunk bedroom & one bathroom are located on the bottom floor & does not have direct access to the house--not a problem for us, since mostly adults.) We TRULY appreciated the generator that automatically turned on when we lost power over July 4th weekend. We had lights & AC, while 1/2 of PA was dark! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacay

The owner was very easy to work with and always responded promptly. The pool was great to hang out at after the beach and a perfect size for littles. Where the condo is located makes Access to the beach easy.
