This condo offers a private patio, a refreshing community pool, and easy access to the sandy shores through our convenient beach walking path, just steps away from marker #3.

The "in-town" location on 11th Street, means this area is Golf Cart friendly!

The living room and both bedrooms boast flat screen TVs with cable streaming through the Spectrum app.

The 1st bedroom includes a 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The sofa in the living room also makes out into a sleeper. There is a shared bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Bedroom 2- Two Queen-sized beds
Living Area - Sleeper Sofa

A private washer and dryer is available for your use in the unit. The community also has a common laundry room.

Sea Isle Village offers wonderful amenities including:

Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.

Guests have sole access to this condo unit as well as access to the common grounds including: the swimming pool, beach walking path, community laundry facility, BBQ pits and recreation area.

Please note that the pool, laundry, recreation area and BBQ pits are shared with other guests. The laundry facilities are coin operated.

Age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve this property. Guests under 25 would need to be accompanied by a parent or family member.

SELF-CATERING: This property is self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
