There was no one on site, all through text messages. Room was clean. It is expected that you wash towels/washcloths as needed. We were provided 4 towels/washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 6 night stay, 2 trial size shampoo/conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper (we had to go buy our own). They ask you keep the thermostat at 74 - a little warm for me so we ended up getting a fan as we could not get the ceiling fans to go past low speed. The condo is in a great location though! Very close to the beach (about a 2 block walk). It was also quiet in the area.

Loved it!!

Love this unit! It’s right by the pool and outdoor shower, and only a 5 min walk to the beach. You can tell the building is pretty old but this unit has been completely remodeled. It was perfect for my family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

Sunrise Villa is a very nice place and clean, but the only issue my wife and I had was that when we opened the door, we were not sure if the smell was mold or something else. We did buy candles for that too cover up the odor, but other than that, it was quite nice.

The house was very clean. The cooking equipment was enough. There is even coffee and cleaning material in case you need it. The house was very good equipt.

Very clean and easy parking. 2 minute walk to the beach. If I had one complaint it would be the thin walls when you have loud upstair residents (like shake things off the wall loud!). Everything else was great.

Great for 3 nights!

Extremely clean and exquisitely decorated. Felt like home. The pull out is uncomfortable. Felt the bars under the mattress. Not a deal breaker but probably wouldn’t select this property for more than 3 nights. Suggest a Keurig so folks can bring pods instead of the hassle of bringing coffee & filters. Location is perfect in relation to the beach. Pool is clean and the grounds are so welcoming.

I took my family there for the weekend of Mother’s Day. First, the sheets were dirty on the sofa bed. I informed the property manager, who didn’t respond until the next day. I did request a clean mattress cover which we never received nor heard a response back on. The day of checkout, we were locked inside the property because of a malfunctioning lock. I explained how we had Mother’s Day Brunch reservations. The maintenance person could not get the door opened, either. He told me that he was calling a locksmith and if we needed to go prior to the locksmith’s arrival, we had to go through the window. Luckily, I was able to get Mother’s Day Brunch moved to a later time. Now, I have my wife (on Mother’s Day) climbing through a window in her dress and heels! Not to mention, my daughter was also wearing a dress and I was in a suit trying to pass our luggage through a window to exit the apartment. The apartment manager chose to send a text message, instead of speaking directly to me, stating that there would be some sort of refund. However, because I conducted the reservation theough Hotels.com, she had to go through them. I replied that I would be awaiting the refund notification. I received an unacceptable refund notification from Hotels.com and when I inquired with Hotels.com they stated that was all they were authorized to refund. I called the apartment manager, who still hasn’t returned my call. The property issues completely overshadowed a well-planned Mother’s Day!
