From the outside, you wouldn't expect to enter such a well appointed home. The owners clearly took care of decorating each corner of this beautiful condo. Plenty of space for our family of 8. (4 children + grandparents) We were all able to have our own area to spread out and relax. The kids enjoyed the use of some of the beach toys, and we enjoyed the use of the chairs. This is clearly a beloved beach escape for the owners family. There are a few little pictures of the family here and there. The only cons I had were that when I rent a house My biggest hook is a hot tub. I thought I would at least have access to a shared hot tub at this property, However it was totally freezing. I messaged my contact who attempted to contact the HOA to find out if we could get it running hot, They were told that it went out a month ago and there was no plan to fix it until the weather turned cold. Let me tell you, in the evening when the wind blows and there is next to zero visibility fog... It is cold. I was greatly displeased. My back up plan was to soak in the master bathrooms jetted whirlpool bath tub. Well, in order for the jets to work, I had to keep the button pressed the entire time. My thumb is still sore from my ridiculous attempts. I doubt that many people reading this will mind a cold "hot" tub, or a non-working jetted tub, but it did bum me out. The only other thing to note is that you do cross a good sized street to get to the beach access. I don't know why I didn't notice that at first, but looking closer at the balcony picture you will see it. I thought it was just a parking lot. It is a little farther that it looks. Still completely accessible. I'd suggest renting a golf cart if you plan to go back and forth much. There is a golf cart rental just about a block away from the condo.
