About this property

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony, newly remodeled with new furniture

  • Enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean from your private balcony upstaris, downstairs has a large patio facing the lovely sand dunes where you can enjoy the sound of waves and salt air, and its just a few steps to the beach walk over. Located in town off 11th street with access to all the restaurants and bars via a golf cart or a car. Furnished with all new furniture, kitchen ware, and linens. Beautifully remodeled condo in Coral Cay with two bedrooms, primary is spacious with King bed, second bedroom has a queen with a full bed bunk, and three and half baths.

    Two pools located on property, one heated all year, one is located steps from the front door. There is a pickle ball or tennis court, fish cleaning station, and a parking lot that can accommodate a large trailer or boat. There is also multiple bbq pits locatead around the property with picnic tables for out door grilling.

    Coral Cay is located on seven acres that is beach front and very spread out and not crowded.
