Welcome to you Beach Getaway Vacation in Port Aransas, Texas!

Welcome to your relaxing coastal retreat! This ground-level one-bedroom condo, located on the beach side of the building, offers the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Step out onto your patio overlooking a lush grassy area, where you can sit back, unwind, and listen to the soothing sound of Gulf waves rolling ashore.
With just over 600 square feet of cozy comfort, this condo features a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. A full kitchen and full bath provide everything you need to feel right at home throughout your stay.
Enjoy the best of both worlds with the beach just steps from your patio door and a beautifully tropical landscaped pool area close by—perfect for days spent lounging, swimming, and soaking up the sun.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th.
The unit offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Overall, the facility was nice, facility employees were kind, the location was fantastic, and it was inexpensive. Three star review because there was a terrible smell in the condo, like a sulphur-y/old pipes/rancid cabbage stench that was awful. I thought it was getting better, but entering again after being at the beach all day and then it hitting again daily was terrible. I bought cleaning products to try to mask it, but it wasn’t helpful. The bathtub did not drain well, so the sandy water stayed pooling at your feet for your shower. I had to wash the pans and utensils prior to use. There was not a spice or oil to be found, so you have to bring it with you.

Nice location and very nice place!

Everything was very nice upon arrival. Easy checkin process. No problems with parking, even getting back late on the 4th.There is a clucking pipe noise when anyone uses the outside showers but after hearing it a couple times it didn’t bother us anymore. Close enough to downtown Port A to drive in within a few minutes. Just a few steps to the boardwalk to go to the beach and close to the pool and coffee center. Would stay again for sure!

Property was clean, minus roaches in the pool area at night. We did not see any of them inside during our stay. Location was perfect.

Perfect Location, Confortable Condo

Clean, well stocked kitchen dishware/pots/pans, very comfortable bed in the 1-bd unit, and pull out couch in living room very comfortable - which is hard to find in a pull out couch! The beds are both soft, not too firm. The towels are luxury soft, not cheap scratchy ones. Right outside our unit in the corridor, there was a little coffee nook with all kinds of coffee and hot chocolate choices! Fun! The pool was heated and very comfortable in March. The spa was the perfect way to end a busy day in Port A. Very clean pool deck/area, and feels like a small little resort. Very quiet building, too, respectful neighbors, even during spring break! Great staff in office to help you.Beach boardwalk right outside the building, very easy to come and go from the unit. I liked the key card access into the building after hours, the automatic slider to the main corridor, so you can get into the building with arms full of beachgear, and the luggage carts made for easy hauling when we arrived and left. Felt very safe. It is a few miles from the main town of Port A, and that is farther than we normally stay, but I didn't mind the quick 10 minute drive to town. I wish people would leave the beach cleaner than it was when they arrived, as there is always so much trash on the beach. Not the fault of the condo, of course. My kids and I love beachcombing at sunrise, and we found a ton of unbroken BIG shells. A first for us in Port A. All in all - great place to stay, would stay again!

Condo was very nice

The condo was very nice asd as described. The Facility however was a bit old, with noisy pipes, and the pool was not heated as advertized. The hot tub was usually not up to tempature.

Great location!

A great spot! Right next to the dune next to the beach. And a few steps from the boardwalk! Terrific! The condo did not have any beach chairs/towels or any kind of pool accessories to enjoy either the beach or the pool. That was disappointing. Crazy thing? Not one spice or oil or anything of the like in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper even! I’d think those basic things would be in the condo and guests wouldn’t be required to purchase spices for 3 days. Also…the condo above had a lot of unusual noises at early morning/throughout the day (randomly)/and up until almost 9 at night. It was supposedly vacant for our first 2 night. We reported it to the front desk and they were baffled too. I’d stay again! Just information to help out.
