Me gusto mucho la ubicación,y el lugar muy tranquilo y limpio. Había todo lo necesario para la estadía. La alberca con asadores fue muy conveniente. Lo unico que no me agrado fue que habia jovenes lanzando balones de fútbol americano en la alberca y le pegaban a la gente que estaba en la misma. Una pareja se adueño del jacuzzi ,puso su bocina a un lado y se queadaron por horas a tomar cerveza y no podíamos usarlo. De todo lo demas super genial.

Inside the condo waa nice and clean. Staircase and hallway to get inside were falling apart which i understand the struggles of storms. It was more of the brown stains of stuff seepping out of the holes and carpeted stairs that had so much debris and gunk on them. There was a sponge like someone started cleaning and gave up. It was very off putting for your first impression walking in.

It was pretty.. Close to the beach.. Efficient.. We didn't like the bed, saga to the middle and the couch was uncomfortable. Water pressure is horrible we figured that's out of their control.. Loved that they had beach toys..

Property was nicely decorated and close to a beautiful beach. It would have been nice to have more towels. The dryer is on its last life. It sounded awful. The entryway and stairs are less than desirable. You can drive on the beach so it really isn’t necessary to have a beachfront room.

Good location and amenities. Great Gym! The room was small, but it worked for what we needed it for. It had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. There could be more air circulation in the hallways, but we expected it to be hot here and we were on third floor. The room was pretty clean, but everything kinda seemed cheap and small. Looks like it is maintained based on keeping the price at minimal cost. We had low expectations going in based on previous reviews so once we got there, it worked out for us.

Clean and close to the beach

PROs - Location was great! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. The beach was maybe 1 minute drive which was awesome. CONs - Didn't realize this was a 3rd floor condo with no elevator, the stairs were hard for my 75 year old mom. But that's my fault for missing when I booked! The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close, my mom couldn't operate it by herself. And I wish there had been a few basic cooking spices, salt and pepper. I would stay here again but not with an older family member

Great place to walk to the beach

Easy five minute walk to the beach. Neat little balcony to enjoy the views. I stayed here for a month and enjoyed it overall. Would suggest the owners think about getting a new mattress.

Place was very small, bed very uncomfortable, tub area was moldy(a little bleach can do wonders here) dirty base boards in bathroom with previous tenants hair. hot dirty hallway entrance(sand, dryer lint,trash,etc. scattered in hallway, hallway worn and unkept, looks like the projects. Everyone's dryer vents into the hall and the hall has no air circulation, three flights of stairs to get to Condo, no elevator, a daily task to get up and down. Patio railing did not feel safe, very loose. Ceiling fan in bedroom could not use, when turned on it made horrible noise. Left a day early so we could get home to get some decent sleep.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Second time to stay at this location and it was a great experience. Easy check in/check out, clean and had everything we needed, short walk to the beach and great communication. It was the perfect beach getaway and plan to visit again soon!

Cozy, comfortable and quiet!

Great place to stay for a month! Very friendly locals as well as visitors. The managers were prompt with questions & concerns. Door to deck needs work... sticks...hardware should be replaced. Love having washer & dryer in the unit!

Not quite clean-missing key items

Overall, the stay was good- but your cleaning staff needs to do a better job- top of the fridge hasn’t been cleaned- rust on the fridge- top lock on back porch doesn’t work- No Coffee filters!!- no mini shampoo, but had a makeup remover packet? Opened Cereal had been left in the cabinet. Called about Roku password being disconnected- never got it from the service- On the good side- easy check in/check out- good location- nice community- furniture and layout were nice.

Nice place, just a few observations

This is probably commend in all areas during the summer, too many kids in the Hot tub unsupervised. Mostly a parent issue. The parking lot spaces are small and difficult to get in an out, I just have a regular 4 door truck , not uncommon in Texas
