Escape to our coastal vacation rental where luxury meets convenience! This expansive 5-bedroom home nestled in a secure gated community offers everything you need for a perfect getaway, including a heated/cooled pool right next door.



Discover the charm of stained concrete floors on the main level and cozy wood floors upstairs. The master bedroom with ensuite is located on the main floor, while four additional bedrooms and three more baths await upstairs—ideal for large families or groups.



Entertainment options abound with a garage ping pong table for lively matches and a dedicated kids` area featuring a bumper pool table, flat screen TV with DVD player, mini-fridge, wet bar, and dinette. Relax on the leather couches in front of a 70-inch smart TV, enjoy board games, or try your hand at Ladder Golf and Bean Bag Toss.



The spacious kitchen, fully equipped and capable of seating up to 14, makes meal preparation a breeze. You can even grill outdoors with the provided charcoal grill or unwind by the custom patio fire pit.

Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:



1) The Friday Life VW26 provides 4 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 4 vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the cart can fit. Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.



2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals.



3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 26. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways



4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk



5) Towing will be strictly enforced

Very nice house in Port Aransas

The house was perfect for a large group, we were 14, with kids. We had everything we needed, the check in process was easy, the host provided clear instructions for check in/check out, and responded when we had questions. The spaces are confortable, the condominium has nice pools, and the beach is only minutes away!

Fantastic home!

We were 12 family members, everyone had room, privacy, plenty communal spaces and seats around the dining table. Great distance from the pool and beach. If you get the chance a golf cart is recommended!

The house is laid out where everyone can have their own privacy and sleep in a quiet space. We had everything that we needed. They provided soap and towels for the kitchen and bathrooms. The dishwasher was rank though! The filter needed cleaning badly. The window covering in some bedrooms did not work but other than that it was a great stay! We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Home

Smooth all the way from beginning to end. Great place next to the pool for the kids. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved the double bunk room with the big bathroom. It was perfect for us with only 10 that could make it. But would still have been great for 14. Only complaint I have is the garage was not swept and looked messy. Hoping that the owners would not think we left it a mess. Could not find a dustpan to sweep the floors good before we left.

Overall we enjoyed the property, location and the Corpus area.

The property fit our needs well. Easy access to the beach. The heated pool was great for the kids. We had one issue with a toilet that the management fixed quickly. My only real complaint is the roaches. It has a significant infestation.

Rooms & showers were smaller than anticipated. No luggage stands and no dresser in downstairs master. Right side garage door sticks. Unit could use some rugs unless guests want to sweep floors of beach sand. Very nice area, enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful Family-N- Friends Vacation Home

This place really has everything you need for the entire family to have some fun. Swimming pool right next door, ping-pong, tons of cars games and board games, huge TV downstairs and a small pool table upstairs. Not to mention, there is a place for everyone to sleep. Such a nice vacation home. Our family really enjoyed our weekend. Thank you to the security team and your everyone at New Wave for making our stay so awesome.

Great Place to Stay in Port A

Loved the location of the property, close to downtown and off 361. Loved being right next to the pool, was very convenient. Large fridge was also a big plus. Only drawback was that we could only park one car in the garage. The other side had a ping pong table set up. We had to find another location for the 4th car to park. Overall, us ladies had a great stay! Thank you.

Beautiful home

This was a lovely property that was enjoyed by all. Clean and comfortable! Loved walking thru the neighborhood and seeing all the gorgeous landscaping throughout. We were right next to the pool as pictured, but it was always crowded. Only complaint is remotes for several TVs did not work.

Great property and great house setup. Only thing that was a turn off was we couldn’t turn the AC below 72° and no ceiling fan in the room. I like mine at 68° when I sleep so I was HOT!

It was ok.

There is plenty of room in the house, but we found some dirty dishes & glassware on the shelves, which was a real turn off. The upstairs bedrooms were nice but the first floor bedroom had no dresser for clothes, and the shower curtain was dirty and stained. Needs work.

Nice place but needs some attention to detail

The house was a nice setup for our family. Great location, great floor plan, and quiet. I hate to give less than a 5 star rating! What it lacked was comfortable furniture in the beautiful living area. The living room furniture was broken down and very uncomfortable. The kitchen was roomy but didn’t have hot water in the sink and the spot lights over the island did not work. We informed management about the lights but never heard back from them even though they came over on a maintenance ticket the next day. I don’t understand how management doesn’t have a procedure in place to check and replace HVAC filters. The HVAC filters in this place were absolutely disgusting. I went and bought some the first night because there was no return follow up from management untIl the next day. This is a inexpensive maintenance item that should be inspected routinely and maximizes the HVAC performance. These few issues can easily be resolved by the owner or management and get it’s deserved 5 star rating!!!
