Be the first to book this new three-story townhome located in the Endless Summer Resort, just 0.9 miles to the beach and 0.3 miles to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The heart of the home (kitchen/living/dining and master bedroom) is located on the second level. The open floor plan, ceramic tile floors, and tall ceilings are perfect for everyone to come together and entertain. The kitchen is sure to please all chefs with plenty of lighting, granite countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pot pans, and utensils. Dine beside the large window at the table with seating for four and additional stools for four more at the breakfast bar. Gather guests in the living room to watch a movie on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the couch and four matching accent chairs. After a full day at the beach or in town, retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a King bed, nightstands, bench, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a large tile stand-alone shower and vanity. Up the stairs, to the third level, you will find the remaining bedrooms and a shared living area. The guest bedroom (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a large shower with a bench which is also accessible from the hallway. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) made up of two Twin over Twin bunk beds, a closet, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of room to play. The private bathroom has a vanity and tile tub/shower. The shared living room provides an area to unwind on the futon while watching the wall-mounted TV or catching up on school or work tasks at the corner desk with natural lighting from the nearby windows. Take in the breathtaking views of Port A and partial views of the ocean from the canvas-covered observation deck from this level. It can also be accessed from the outdoor spiral staircase. Head over to the shared pool, which is heated in the winter months, with a grotto and jetted ledge to cool off after a day at the beach. Sit under one of the multiple palapas with outdoor seating and picnic tables while drying off in the ocean breeze. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the island time state of mind.

In the off-season, between December thru the end of Spring Break, the Pool is ONLY heated on the weekends, with the exception of the weeks of Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Guests have parking spaces for 3 vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted.
We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
