The Peachy Pelican is a unique home with custom features, built-ins and stylish décor carried throughout. Gather in the living room on the couch, loveseat or accent chair while watching your favorite movie on the wall-mounted TV with cable and WIFI and an Alexa device next to the loveseat. Curl up by the window and grab a book off of the entertainment console. Hone in on your cooking skills in the spacious pass-through kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, a large island for prepping with two stools, pantry, stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. In the pantry, you will find two crock pots and a Margaritaville Margarita Machine. There is an ice chest for your use, **DO NOT PUT FISH IN IT**, please wash and dry before returning it to the pantry. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for up to eight. There are two additional stools at the adjacent bar. The multifunctional sunroom off of the kitchen can serve as an office for working from home or as a distance learning area with a desk, sleeping overflow with a daybed (Twin with Twin pull-out trundle) or an area to relax in peace for a moment. The back door from the kitchen leads to a patio with outdoor seating for sipping your morning coffee or cold beverage, grilling the day's catch on the charcoal grill or checking in on the older kids swimming in the pool just steps away and rinse off in the outdoor shower on the side of the house. The downstairs bedroom consists (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, luggage rack, Alexa Echo Dot and a Docking station for iPhone and Apple watch and wall-mounted TV with both an entrance to the living room and an entrance to the hall. The hallway bathroom is equipped with a granite vanity countertop and tile shower with a glass door. The stairway with custom tile inlays leads to the second-floor bedroom and bathrooms, each containing a blow dryer. The guest room (BR2) is furnished with a Queen bed, nightstand, docking station for iPhone and Apple watch and an Alexa Echo Dot, chest, luggage rack and wall-mounted TV with a door leading to the outdoor seating area on the balcony. Perfect for the kids, the bunk room (BR3) is appointed with a wall-mounted TV which has access to Roku for guests who have a Roku or Netflix account, closet, door to the balcony and two sets of built-in Twin bunk beds, each with their own reading light. There is also a luggage rack and pack 'n play for a baby/toddler located inside the closet. These two rooms share a hall bathroom with a granite vanity and tile tub/shower. The shared sitting area leads out to the large balcony with outdoor seating and swings to sit back and take in the ocean breeze. At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR4) complete with a King bed, nightstands, two docking stations for iPhone and Apple watch and an Alexa Echo Dot, two luggage racks, and a TV.
