**Beach Proximity:** Just a short 8-minute walk to the beach (11th to Sandcastle), where you can bask in the sun, build sandcastles, or take a leisurely stroll along the shore or rent a golf cart for an extra level of family fun.

**Golf Cart District.** Easily explore the beach, restaurants and shopping within the Golf Cart District. Golf cart not included.

Maximum of 9 guests and 4 vehicles allowed to park only in our driveway in keeping with Port Aransas Ordinance. No Smoking. No Parties.

**Minimum age of 25 to rent for all adult guests, ID required for primary renter who will be on site during the entire stay to verify age and signed contract prior to receiving check-in instructions & door code.**

**Max of 2 pets up to 40 lbs each. Pet fee is added by selecting number of pets in guest listing. Failure to add pets may result in eviction without refund.**
