Very clean lots of basic amenities i.e. trash bags, full size dish washing soap, lots of pot and dishes! Great air and plenty of ceiling fans to keep the house cool! Will book again!

Kitchen was very stocked with great dishes, pots, etc. Very clean. Great location. Super cute decor. Beds were comfortable. Big shower. Dog had lots of yard. Can’t wait to return.

The property was really nice and we plan to get it again in the future. The location was great! It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The house itself was really well laid out and the back yard was awesome! We were able to take our 2 dogs with us vs. Having to board them, and that made it so nice for us!

This house was perfect for 4 of us and it was very clean. There were issues with the code at check-in but they were quickly fixed with no other issues. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunset.

Had a wonderful time on our trip to Port A for Memorial Day and stay at this house through Life in Paradise. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable for our family. The drone and back patios were a great bonus for morning coffee and night time relaxation. Will stay at this one again in the future. We arrived to Port Aransas way earlier than planned. The property owners assisted us and were able to accommodate my family for an earlier check in. The house it self was cozy and we loved the ocean decor . The private patio and grill were comfortable and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We will be returning in the future.

Steve you property is very nice. It was very clean and we had plenty room. All the appliances and air conditioning worked very well. You do have a water problem as rain collects under the building and is a mosquito haven. I wish you the best Thankyou

Cute house, a great location and clean.The only issues we had, property management provided incorrect code for door lock, it was easy to contact them and they were very responsive in correcting the problem. Need better pillows or bring your own The back porch was great for entertaining but did have a moldy smell. Over all our experiences was very good

For a couple with 1-2 children or a couple with small pet, this rental is perfect. Very comfortable and modern. The beds sleep well, the kitchen is beautifully updated, open to living area. This 2/1 is was very clean, close to IGA grocery store, shops and resturants and the beach... We enjoyed sitting on the back covered porch while our small doggie plays in the nice fully fenced backyard, we were happy to find the grass was nice with no sickers. We loved it....Thank you, Terri T.

The Pros: great location, nice fenced yard, comfortable beds, nice decor The Cons: we found vomit on the floor of one of the bedrooms upon our arrival, cleanliness somewhat questionable, window AC units pretty much did the trick but not great if you like it cold, the gas grill needs replacement as it is rusted out If it had not been for the vomit discovery, I would have rated closer to a 4-4.5. Therefore, when cleaned properly I would recommend this house.

Over all this was great! The only handful of complaints we have would be the no air flow in the bathroom. It was quite warm in there at all times even when leaving the door open and the small fan blowing in. Another would be the giant mosquitos. Other than these two things, this house was perfect! There was plenty of room and the grill worked great! It was super easy to access anything in town and the beach as well!!

Overall the stay was great. Just a few minor things but it wasnt that big of a deal for us. There was a sugar ant 🐜 issue in the kitchen. BUT because my dad used to be an exterminator, he explained the heat is the issue especially in homes like this. The home doesnt have central air but honestly with all the wall units in the rooms by night fall it was cool. Home was overall perfect for our family and pets. Would rent again for sure.
