Golf cart NOT included.

We arrived at the property and expected to bounce around town on the included golf cart, it was a main reason we booked this home, so that we did not need to pull our personal one 4 hours there on a trailer. Upon arrival, we noticed the golf cart not working. We immediately notified management. Each day they would "send someone to fix it". The second day, the golf cart did turn on, but, broke after 40 yards and had to be pushed back to the home. On our last day, we were informed the tech would be unable to fix it and a mechanic would be there after our checkout. This resulted in us needing to rent a golf cart for the entirety of our stay. I requested to be compensated for this, as, we expected a functional golf cart, and was given $50 for the "inconvenience". This is well below the price of a golf cart rental, and the home was priced higher than comparable homes without a golf cart advertised as being included. I am disappointed with the home mainly because of this... In addition, the TV in one of the bedrooms simply did not have any working cable box. This made it difficult to put the kids to sleep with a movie, or, anything on. There was sand in our beds upon arrival as well. We complained only about the golf cart to management, hoping it would get fixed for our once a year trip, but, overall very disappointed.
