This property is clean and has the essentials. It does not provide any "extras", so exactly 6 towels, no extra bedding (thin blankets), no coffee filters, etc. There were a few issues at the property when we arrived, and the management company was quick to fix them. We loved the deck overlooking the pool and canal. The pool and hot tub were nice, and we liked that they were on the deck by the water. Great location with quick driving access to the beach. This is an older property that could use some updates, but for the price and location it is a winner!

Family time

We loved the place, it was clean and organized, with everything needed to make our stay comfortable, beautiful view. Easy access to the swimming pool. Just one thing I recommend, at least for our type of family or more than two adults with kids, to place TVs in the rooms, we only had one TV in the living room.

Small fixes overall great

Great location. Unit needs some updating. Place was Clea ish when we got here. Previous people left a bra under the bed, upstairs bathroom doesn't drain water well at all. I'd suggest adding black out curtains for people who want to sleep in Great location to the beach!!! We had a great time overall.

Memory filled trip

We were looking to go back to Port A after 4 years of not being to the ocean! We found the perfect spot not too far from beach access! It made for a great time and easy access with great amenities when we were not on the beach

We have stayed at this property before, but not this particular condo. The reserved parking space was unusable the whole weekend since the neighbor parked at an angle and we could not get our truck in the tight spot. The dinning table was not clean and had sticky food residue on it and one chair was missing a wheel. The A/c worked great downstairs, but upstairs was pretty warm. The plumbing in the walls was very loud. And one of the remotes was missing batteries. Aside from those things it worked for us.

Great communication with property manager

Loved the location and property. Property manager's communication was great and made the process so simple. This is the perfect spot to be close to everything. We went to Corpus, Port A and Rockport, all of which were a short driving trip.

Spacious and good location

Overall quite happy with the property. The only complaint would be the old dirty carpeting throughout. Being a beach property it would fare much better and stay cleaner without carpeting. The furniture could also use updating as the throw pillows and barstool cushions were very dirty. I appreciate it can be a challenge to keep a beach rental clean. Otherwise spacious and comfortable.

Overall Good Place

The freezer reeked of fish, it was really bad. Had to buy 2 additional baking sodas to help absorb smell. Same odor was in the dishwasher. Also, sliding glass doors were filthy. A piece came off tub, when i called management they responded quickly. Nothing was done unfortunately about the horrible fish odor. Other than these items the place was very nice. Cleaning staff need to step it up.
