Welcome to Gulf View Getaway! This peaceful and spacious 4 BR/3 bath house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect place for a family or group vacation, a fishing trip, or a romantic weekend. Gulf View Getaway is located in La Concha Estates and has access to four pedestrian beach crossovers and miles of Gulf beaches. The property is located between Port Aransas and Corpus Christi and is just minutes from dining, shopping, and other attractions all while offering a quiet place to unwind.
Gulf View Getaway is a two-story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with a fenced yard for your dog and a large balcony offering views of the Gulf.
When you enter, you'll find a large, open area with a full kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. The kitchen features a large island, granite counters, stainless appliances, and a pantry for extra storage. The living area has plenty of seating for your group and has a large-screen smart television. It's the perfect place to catch a movie after a beach day. Standard cable and wireless internet is included with your stay. The living room opens to a deck and a fenced backyard overlooking a small canal. It's a great place for a cookout on the charcoal grill that's provided or to have your morning coffee. Off the living room and kitchen is a dining area with a table that seats 6-7 guests with additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy a meal, complete a puzzle, or have a game night in this space.
Down the hall is the primary bedroom. It features a king bed, a smart television, a large walk-in closet, and a full attached bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Downstairs you'll also find another full bath with walk-in shower in the hallway and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and extra storage. Off the laundry room is an entrance to the 2-car garage that guests may use.
Heading upstairs, you'll enter a second living area that's perfect for the kids to play games or relax. Challenge your group to a game on the foosball coffee table or catch up on a good book. There is also a full bath with a bathtub/shower combination off of this living area that serves the bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a smart television. There are also two fun bunk rooms for the kids. One features a triple-bunk bed, a queen bed, a smart television, a large dresser, a closet, and views of the Gulf. The other has a double-bunk, a queen bed, a smart television and a closet. There is a roll-away twin bed that is available.
At the end of the hall, you'll find a large deck spanning the front of the house. The deck has an outdoor dining set and expansive views of the ocean and the community. It's a great place to wind down after a day at the beach or a fun day in town.
Gulf View Getaway guests may park in the garage or in the double driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street in front of the house.
Gulf View Getaway accepts up to two dogs with a total weight of 100 pounds or less. We welcome well-trained, adult dogs whose breeds are not considered "aggressive" by our insurance company. If you plan to bring a dog, please let us know so we can pre-approve your pet. We ask that dogs be kenneled if left alone in the house and that you clean up after your dog outside (we provide pet waste bags). There is a $100 per dog pet cleaning fee that covers your entire stay.
There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Violations are subject to a $250 deep cleaning fee.
There is a hot tub on the back porch. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE HOT TUB. Please refrain from attempting to remove the cover, or sitting/playing on it.
