Wonderful little Condo. Perfect location and so close to beach

Fire Ants

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds crew needs to address all the Fire Ants, they were all around the trash cans and all around the door to the beach. A member of our party was bitten numerous time Fire Ants. There were Large Fire Ants mounds on the grass leading to the beach. I was surprised as the grounds have always been so well taken care.

The rental is very tastefuly decorated. The pool and hot tub were also amazing. We had a couple of friends come over for dinner and they were very excited about the unit as well. We definitely plan on going out there again soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place had white walls and white tile, which made it very bright and cheery, which we loved. The furniture was terrible, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. The bedroom furniture was as cheap a stuff as they could have possible found. The living room furniture was cheap junk, and very uncomfortable. The stove was rusty and had 2 burners that only worked on high, the oven door handle actually fell off and had to be reinstalled. The refrigerator was so far out of level that the door would swing open and the stuff that was in the door would slide. We had that leveled and it was good. The Maintenance crews were Great, they were replacing the rotted hand rails along the walk ways on each floor, they changed out a defaulted electrical plug, repaired the light fixtures in the kitchen along with replacing 4 different burned out light bulbs.

Neat idea for electrical outlets in night stands but not all outlets functioned. Overall nice condo with beautiful beach front view. Massive glass top dining table w/ SIX VERY COMFORTABLE chairs, not shown in picture. Loved the very stable taller, balcony chairs. Already planning our usual fall visit.

When you pull up the outside of the Condos looks ghetto so when you get there you kind of second guess yourself if you chose the right place.... I think a nice paint job would do wonders on on the outside. The rooms inside were nice, plenty of space and our kids loved it. The beach is walking distance, but wake up early so you can get a good spot on the beach cause the spots fill up fast. It was very kids friendly when we went which I loved because we were there for our kids to have a good time. Over all it was totally worth it and we will be back!!
