This place was nasty dirty with bullet holes on the wall. Staff was immediately rude if you stay facing the bar area you might well park at the nearest beach to sleep peacefully. The key didn’t work, toilet did not flush and there was mold in the bathroom. All in all the stay was unacceptable. Now keep in mind that this was not the first time that I have stayed at this place and that time was acceptable. Maybe new owners but I will not be going to this place again

There is no Palm and definitely no Bliss! There's so many rundown rooms. Property is not well maintained, messy, trash all over the parking lot, half-a$$ construction. Homeless people all around the back parking lot. The pool was the worst! The pictures in the listing are just for show. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of three bagel halves and toast. Coffee to drink and that was it!!! You get what you pay for. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!

The pictures online or deceiving we reached the hotel and it was disgusting. It had smelled like mold and well there was mold and we went to the front to see if we can get another room. He was said no the pool wasn’t even working and then we had our stuff stolen. It was a very horrible experience.

Stayed here recently and was really disappointed for the price. I understand it’s a motel, not a resort, but this was well below even basic standards. Noise carried on throughout the entire night, making it hard to get any real rest. The room itself was the bigger issue — bedding and comforters had visible dirt and stains, so bad that I’d recommend bringing your own blankets if you have no other choice but to stay here. The headboard had handprints on it, which made it pretty clear it hadn’t been wiped down between guests — not something you want to think about. The bathroom was in similarly rough shape, with noticeable staining and mold that shouldn’t be there in any paying guest’s room. Overall, this place needs a serious deep clean and better upkeep before it’s worth what they’re charging. Wouldn’t stay here again
