Excellent for larger families

The house was conveniently located for us. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and found the house very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone. Host was responsive and answered questions quickly. Loved it.

Great House Great Location

Perfect house for our team. Close to the arena, clean, neat, well kept. NICE towels, will definitely book again. Day of checkin did not realize the checkin information was sent earlier, and so when I couldn't reach the owner was a bit frustrated as they had been super responsive prior to then. But website kept saying checkin info would be sent day of so a bit of confusion but otherwise was perfect; Highly recommend and will stay again.

The stay was nice. My family and I enjoyed our weekend. The condo was nice and clean. Friendly neighborhood. Quiet. More wash clothes would help. The communication could have been better but… after returning home and having time to unwind. I received a msg from the host stating I owed additional funds. I won’t go into details. Just be mindful that you may endure unnecessary fees and the communication is horrible.

property was very nice-i’m sad that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy it longer.all amenities in the condo were nice-games, towels, plates, etc.everything was clean and smelled quite nice-the only issue i did see was that the trash was piling up.keith (property host) was very nice and very patient with my questions-which i appreciated.

Perfect quick getaway

My family and I loved this place!! So much space to keep 4 teen boys out of our way and in their own space. The 2 master bedrooms were perfect also bc my mom traveled with us and she had her own bathroom. The only downside and this was to no fault of the owners but the previous renters were disgusting and made a huge mess for the housekeeping and completely filled the garbage cans to where we had no way to throw out trash out. But we absolutely would stay here again. The owners were available constantly and responded quickly to any messages.

The property was I a convenient location for our needs, ample parking, and spacious inside. I had to contact the owner at check in time to obtain instructions and code. I also sent a message to ask about trash bags and did not receive a response for 15 hours, briefly before our check out time. 1. Had to purchase trash bags, none on property.2. Animal hair, dust, used q tips and jewelry under bedding3. Roach found in kitchen 4. Mattress cover had disgusting stains and pet danderI messaged the owner and was told that the cleaning manager would complete an inspection. No response as of yet. I took photos of bedding for proof. I was not asked to see photos nor was any compensation offered. I do not recommend staying at this property for the price and the inconvenience we incurred.

I first and foremost have to give kudos to your housekeeper. The house was immaculate! I’m somewhat of a neat freak and being I work in a sterile field all day long, cleanness is a must. The house was perfect for my family and I. The only con to the property was, every so often we would get a pungent smell in the air outside. My cousin who came to visit told us that there is some sort of waste management plant near by. Good thing it wasn’t constant. We only noticed it a few times throughout our 4 days stay. It didn’t stop us from enjoying the good weather. The house is very nice and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The HEB and other shopping was conveniently nearby. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we would stay here again on our next trip to Corpus. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Corpus.

Wonderful home with so many amenities.

This property is very spacious, comfortable, very clean, space for dogs to exercise, location was far enough from freeway we didn't hear yet convenient access to get anywhere easily. Garage was such an additional bonus. From the thoughtful welcome basket to ease of departure we were extremely pleased with our hosts.
