Plenty of room for all

Lots of room, great backyard and comfy beds. This is an older home but they have updated the bathrooms with some nice touches and a great backyard to enjoy. This house has plenty of space for a large family. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I absolutely love this place and have been booking it over the last several years when visiting family in the area. This place is such a gem. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, this house has all you would need and so much more... The house was amazing - clean, comfy and very spacious. Unfortunately, the property management company did not return any messages via email, text, phone or the VRBO app, when we had a concern and needed help. My messages have still not been returned - 48 hours later. Terrible customer experience.

Beautiful and comfortable all at the same time!!

This would be the first time that my family has rented/booked an actually home to vacation in. We have always done hotels rooms and those get quite expensive at times. But this was a beautiful place that didn't break the bank. It was right in the center of EVERYTHING... HEB was less than a minute away, beach was less than 5 minutes away and the new pier was less than 8 minutes away! The house it self was well kept when we arrived and the AC was amazing especially in the bedrooms! The kids got to share one room and had so much fun playing hide and seek. We fell in love with the water pressure of the showers and we were amazed on the full stocked kitchen as in pots, pan, cups, plates, mixing bowls, coffee pot and so much more!!! Washer and dryer saved our lives as not going home with smelly wet clothes and the ice machine in the freezer saved our food on not going spoiled on the way home as well. Neighborhood was so nice and quite and and we were even welcomed the first night with a herd of deer a block down, on the way to the pier. This house made our trip so much more comfortable and basically stress free! We are already planning our next summer trip next year back at this home.

Great Spot!

This house had everything we needed for an extended weekend, including for our 1.5 year old daughter. It was so nice to have a crib and highchair on hand that we could use! The house was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The location is excellent and close to everything you might need. We're already planning our next visit!

Instant Favorite!

My family lives down on the coast, so my wife and I visit 4-6 times a year. We have stayed in a dozen different places over the last 5 years, but this one is by far our favorite! We absolutely love the feel and layout of this home. It's charming, cozy vibes provide an indescribable feeling warmth and relaxation that has made our trips so much more enjoyable. Our search for the perfect place has finally ended and we couldn't me happier. This is a solid 5 out of 5!

Rockport Perfection!

Everything was very clean and well kept. Plenty of room for everyone. Great internet and TV options. Right next to HEB, Walmart and plenty of restaurants. Short drive over to Fulton. Walking distance to Little Bay for fishing, swimming, etc. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The place was nice, spacious, and clean. However, NO BODY MIRRORS ANYWHERE. Terrible! I’m a lady and want to see how I look before heading out. Also, even though number of days and number in my party we’re disclosed upon booking, we ran out of toilet paper…also terrible. Last, our trash can was left full and garbage was picked up well before we checked out on Monday so what do you do with 4 days of trash? SMH Would rent this home again but would have to come prepared.

Awesome house!

Can’t say enough nice things about this house. The close proximity to everything you could need is unbeatable. HEB, Walmart, and really nice restaurants. A 1/4 mile walk to little bay to watch sunsets is always nice. I have stayed at this house multiple times and it’s always super clean. Beds are comfortable and all the amenities you could need are there. If you’re into fishing it’s a great driveway for boat parking and close to multiple ramps. This rental is our new go to.

Great Find for Beach Vacation

This house is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and other activities, but on a quiet street. The house itself is beautiful with a great living space, plenty of rooms and a magical yard. Everything we needed was supplied and the home was even kid friendly. It's well setup with the kitchen, living and dining rooms at the other end of a long hallway from the bedrooms so adults can stay up later and entertain while the kids are asleep. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals and there were ample of bed linens and towels. This is such a great find for a relaxing beach vacation to Rockport, Texas.

Coastal Gem!

This place is perfect for those looking to get away and unwind. Absolutely beautiful house with everything you need from fresh linens and hygiene supplies , to purified water and freshly ground coffee. Hosts are very thoughtful and attentive. There is even a washer and dryer to help take the edge off of unpacking. We will definitely be back!
