With sea-inspired colors and casual elegance throughout, this charming home offers an easy stroll to the beach and overlooks Lake Colby! Situated directly on this scenic, fish-stocked lake, the home has double, stacked porches in front and an expansive back porch, where you can enjoy an outdoor dining table and swing. When kids aren’t at the beach or pools, they can fish from the lakeside dock, while mom and dad grill out or relax on the patio.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the first level, gathering spaces include the kitchen and dining room and a spacious family room. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances, and it overlooks a large dining table where everyone gathers for meals or visits while the family cook preps meals. The comfortable family room offers multiple couches, including a spacious sectional, and a comfy chair, along with a flat-screen TV.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a comfortable bedroom offers a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a tiled shower. The second floor houses the three additional bedrooms. A queen guest room shares a bathroom with the bunk room, which can accommodate up to four with a twin over twin bunk bed. Kids will love having their own space! And mom and dad will rest well in the cozy, king-size bed in the primary suite. The primary bath offers a large, soaking tub and a walk-in shower, while a private balcony offers wicker seating in a breezy outdoor space. Bonus: A sleeper sofa in the living room offer extra space for guests.

GREAT FEATURES: You can’t beat the proximity to scenic Lake Colby, ringed with other charming houses of Cinnamon Shore. The second-floor balcony view and back porch patio along the lakefront set this home apart. Plus, you’ll have access to all community amenities, including the restaurants, pools, fitness center and dune crossovers for easy beach access!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

Shore Magic is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shore Magic the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Great vacation

This was a great house to stay at! I loved being backed up to the lake. I put in request to have some light bulbs replaced but never heard from anyone. Overall it was a good experience.
