Great Location

The condo was extremely clean and in the perfect location. It was an easy drive to Port Aransas as well as Corpus. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We will book again.

It’s even fun in the rain!

My Niece and I returned to The Mayan Princess for the second time and stayed in 304, just like last time! We can each lie on our own couch and have the beautiful ocean view while talking a mile a minute to each other. Look forward to next visit.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Despite the weather (cloudy and rain), we enjoyed our stay at this unit. The unit was very clean and exactly what is presented in the listing and photos. The cabinets are well stocked with items needed to prepare meals. The kids loved going to the ocean just steps away on the gated boardwalk, and also swam in the pools and jacuzzi. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, and it was really nice to have staff members behind a front desk to help out or ask questions. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Port Aransas, and lots of other activities besides beach/pool. I highly recommend the dolphin watching charter (we used Neptune Charters and it was a lot more fun than expected). Also, the Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington about a 45 minute drive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay the Mayan Princess.

Great condo and location

We loved the easy access to the beach. The pools were great The condo was perfect for us. There were 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was clean and had everything we needed.
