Wonderful getaway

We have stayed at the Mayan princess before and will be back again. Great location with an easy walk to a quiet beach. This unit was the best unit we have stayed in. Felt like a home away from home.

Absolutely, beautiful place wonderful views very restful and we very much enjoyed it. The host was fabulous and very accommodating and very responsive. The only recommendations would be maybe leaving a couple extra dishwasher, tabs, garbage sacks, and paper towels as we stayed five days and only got two of each. But overall, we were very happy. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back. Mulch appreciation from the Montanas. ❤️

Lovely condo with multiply beach facing balconies. All the comforts of home. Plenty of seating. Located in a quiet area but just a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

The Mayan was an easy walk to the Gulf, a short distance from Port A and Corpus Christie. Pool was great for our 5 year old grandson.

Excellent location

The property looks directly at the gulf and the private boardwalk is a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pools are clean and there are 3. The condo was great…couches a bit broken in but sufficient. Overall it was great

Awesome Location!

If you are looking to swim all day, this is the perfect place! We had 4 kids ages 8-12 and went back in forth between pool and beach. Restaurants are all about a 10 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again hopefully for 7 days next time!!!

Location was perfect, management was very helpful. Needed assistance with television and had hot wa.

The management was prompt to fix the hot water issue, we had no hot water at first but had to run all faucets in the unit to get hot. We were only there for five days and the four of us figured out the solution but ran out of hot water daily. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, very clean and accessibility to town, beach, swimming pool was wonderful.

Gorgeous condo in great location!

This condo is located in an older, well-kept resort (Mayan Princess). Unlike many of the other condos in the resort, this one has been beautifully updated. The two-story condo was spacious and comfortable, with decks off the main floor living room and second floor master. The views are outstanding! The kitchen was fairly well appointed, though the ice machine didn't work--we bought a bag of ice for $2 and solved that problem. The only thing I would add would be a blender: the unit had a blender base but no top (note that a blender wasn't listed among the unit's amenities, so having one was just wishful thinking on my part). There was a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, and the condo has a bar with a beverage chiller. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure. It was hot and humid while we were there, but the AC worked great. We arrived late, but they made sure there was someone to help us with check-in. There was plenty of parking, and carts for transporting our things to our unit. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach vacation

Had an amazing experience at this beach condo. Views are breathtaking with 2 verandas. Condo has everything you need. We brought our four teenagers who loved the pool and quick access to the beach. We hope to come back very soon.
