Look no further for your Mustang Island vacation rental! This gracious and welcoming two-story, three- bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home has all the amenities you need, and it’s nestled inside Cinnamon Shore. Surrounded by palms, with stacked porches and welcoming rocking chairs, you’ll relax the instant you arrive.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING AREA: On the first floor, spend together-time in the combined living room, kitchen and dining areas. Enjoy cooking a fabulous meal in this modern, black-and-white kitchen, featuring dark granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather around the dining table to share a home-cooked meal or takeout from on-site Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: The second floor features the primary bedroom, with rich wood furniture and a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features double sinks and an oversize, soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with elegant linens and handsome wood furniture, along with a private bath. Finally, the adorable bunk room sleeps five with two bunk beds, one with a trundle, and it has a private bath with tub/shower combo.
GREAT FEATURES: A breezy back porch with a grill overlooks a grassy yard where kids can play while you sear the steaks! And you’ll love spending time on the front porch and on the upper balcony with bar-height table and chairs and views of the charming community. Enjoy all the Cinnamon Shore amenities: three community pools, Town Center activities and live music during the high season and most holiday weekends. Extra: Carport parking
